That explains everything! Now my working theory is that Donut just improvised all of the utter jackassery that Dan's doing to get back at Heng for stealing his role and the writers left it in! Wrenching up the works to exact his IRL revenge on screen. 😈 Maybe Donut is the one who earned the dark wings; his character is certainly (the only one?) willing to use them. 😉

Yeah, it would have been fine (I think?) if they hadnt shown us what could have been in the teaser. BJ was supposed to be demonic black flag and hot af, while Jennalee was supposed to be aware of that but also bound to him by both circumstances and his own inescapable desire for BJ. I mourn what could have been. 😢💔⚰️
