Whoa. I wasn't expecting to be this invested so early into the series! There are a lot of good shows airing right now, but this is more polished and interesting than many of them. It's definitely winning the edgy crime drama category for me! And this is Boss's debut project? So far he's killing it imho. I'm in for the duration.

Actors tend to be attractive. Its not special for BL. And often times, actors become more attractive as you get to see their talent. If you watch BL to see hot guys kissing, you do you. And it's not like I hate it, obviously. But I think the frustration on this thread is the disregard for different beauty standards (I like melanated and/or older actors and enjoy a thickum) and seeming unwillingness to hold acting skills as a main driver of whether a show is worth watching. I like a pretry face for sure, but I watch BL to temporarily escape the patriarchy one episode at a time, not to help reinforce problematic gender/race/etc stereotypes about beauty.

Yeah, I hate when AI breaks up the flow, and it did a little for me here. But its a good watch and folks should check it out.

We can obviously disagree here, but IRL secretly following someone else's stalker is probably, at most, stalking the stalker, not the initial victim. I think Shiono would have a pretty good argument that he was investigating, not stalking. He was clearly secretly observing Takoi, which isn't necessarily illegal, but it wasn't unwanted attention and T wasn't fearful or experiencing emotional distress...beyond his sexual awakening! 😆

Somehow I want less talking and less action. Does that even make sense? Anyway, I really wish the writing was better. They have an interesting story to tell, and I'm very down with the love is love alpha-beta pairing. But everything is askew. Honestly, I want more pheromones! Comfort each other. Heal each other. Kick people's asses together. Let's see what a True Alpha and Pure Omega can do!

Agreed that people keep complaining and keep watching, but this one is pretty frustrating. I can see the makings of a really good series but its missing the mark. And not by enough for me to drop but I'm still feeling some kinda way.
