I don't think Lian is in love, yet... I think he was being genius to his feeling when he told Guea that.
At the end of episode 1, Lian watch Kirin's video and called out "Annabelle", which is what he literally just used to insult Guea in their argument. So it gave me an impression that Lian knew that Guea is Kirin.

Why shouldn't Sun Oh be a better choice for Jo Jo?
From Sun Oh's point of view, as soon as he laid eye on Jo Jo, he knew what he wanted and boldly chased after her. He honorary told Hye Young of his intention and actions toward Jo Jo. He did ask Hye Young countless time to admit feeling for Jo Jo so he could fight with him fairly. He took the beating of Jo Jo's ex-boyfriend to end the conflict between them... he knew by doing so he would take a further step to pursue Jo Jo.... he chose the beating.
Sun Oh & Jo Jo both clearly have chemistry toward one another. ' Their kiss came before love.' They are a perfect fit mentally... they tell each other their dark secret stories, fears and problems. They had fun and cheerful conversations when they were together.
Sun Oh stood by Jo Jo's side when the whole school turned against her. He paid for her semester school lunch when he has heard that she skipped lunch because she couldn't afford it... he didn't want her to know he did that. He tried to protect her from bad rumors against her. He respected Jo Jo's wish to not be touchy in front of school mates, until Jo Jo approved of it. He has loved and protected Jo Jo.

When & how has Mork come to be attracted to Pi?? Mueang Nan mentioned toward the later part that he warned Mork not to tease Pi because it it hard to repair that later on... so Mork picked on Pi before and Pi hated him.
