I just tried it out with adding a new show on my list, and it showed up immediately. Can you try it again?
I just tried it out, and it took 15 minutes to show up on my watchlist. We will look into it.
EDIT: We've isolated the issue will push out the fix first chance we get. With mobile apps, we can't fix a bug immediately [since it has to go through the iOS and Android app stores.]
