Haven't seen School 2017, but I definitely agree with all the other pairings. Happy to know my otp in Father is Strange came true, wish all the best for them.
For Korean snacks I love peppero, my favorite one is with almonds. I also like bungeobbang and chocopies. My favorite Korean dish is still bibimbap especially the stone pot version with all the veggies, bulgogi and egg on top. Seafood sundubu is really good too.
i almost squealed in the theater when i saw kim min jong, was about to cry too cuz he sound so cool tooXD my fav…
Omg I know right! I'm so hyped to see it :D I think the cast will have a lot of great chemistry. I love his exchange with Ma Dong Seok like, "oh you're so going to hell." I was thinking, "...and I'm so ready to watch this movie!"
This film is too typical. What could have lead to interesting plot developments and food for thought got shelved, and instead was replaced with recycled plot devices that have been washed out and hung to dry way too many times.
Just finished the first trailer, looks like Nam Bong III will be So Bong's bodyguard instead *eye roll* Oh well, I'm still here for the ride. Maybe it's more appropriate to say Sobong will be like his life coach, teaching him how to act more human.
gaaawd!! I watched this today and started researching afterwards..The poor english subs didn't help me understand…
Thank you Kaijee, I was trying to figure out why she stabbed her brother. It makes a lot more sense now. It seems I should have been paying better attention.
I saw the movie in the theaters, and I think the cast fit their characters very well, including the supporting cast. Kim Hyang Gi was super cute, and I couldn't imagine anyone else playing Ja Hong's loveable persona as well as Cha Tae Hyun. Ha Jung Woo was badass always, while Joo Ji Hoon played the funny smart ass. I was especially surprised by Kyung Soo's character because it was a character he's never played before, and I think his caliber has increased as an actor. I'm probably more biased because I watched it for the cast, and saw it on the big screen - I was smirking as soon as the opening credits played. I'm not usually impressed with fantasy projects, so I think there will be something that everyone will be able to take away from the film. I can't wait until the second one comes out in the Summer with Kim Min Jong and Ma Dong Seok.
I like the themes presented, as well as the underlying cultural themes. I also liked the female lead even though her screaming gets a little annoying at times. Overall, cute & sweet!
