I did read the novel back in the day because the ending wasn't good in the movie and while I don't remember much, I do remember it not being very happy, more like bittersweet.

it is true almost all BLs had sad ending back then, I'm not sure why China is only adapting the BLs that has been made 10 years ago tho. there is so many content, so many novels and manhua that can be worth adapting. is the next drama going to be addicted or irreversible love? LoL

When I was watching ep 2 of it, I was reminded of trauma watching round trip to love was and turned out it is a remake. 😭😭

I don't know where you're seeing brainless writing? anyway, sometimes a show just isn't for you, but that doesn't mean it sucks. it is a good drama and wayy better than many if compared to.

I can say low expectations for many dramas that go popular and are rated highly but I don't think this is the drama that deserves that kinda review. you're just hating

it delivered exactly what it promised. nothing more nothing less. it didn't have a hidden purpose and was enjoyable. that's probably why people loved it.

does anyone else thinks this drama has role reversal thing going on? like shin Hye sun is the ML and gong myung is the FL. we see the story thru his lenses as well, ju in a is cool and mysterious while gong myung is somewhat of a damsel due to his boss and hates her while being a cutie overall and is starting to fall for her. the classic but reverse roles

can we talk about how moo is so cuteeee?? his little smile is so sweet. and he cares about aemie so when she says she loves zeke, he gives up despite being in love for years. I wouldn't mind aemie setting him up with Kaiser hahaha the chaos and he ain't even gay lolol

16 eps seems way more than needed for this typa show. won't it be better for these to have like 12 ep? but ig the more the merrier, only if the storyline doesn't slow down or become unfunny

ugh I really hate when all the problems arise because the characters just can't have a conversation especially when it is this simple and straightforward. it is so forced for the story narrative that it is irritating.

i wanted to watch it because It seemed an easy and fun binge and since it was trending everywhere, I thought it must be really good but as you said, there is no logic. why is it so popular?

so are the characters going to be like this whole series or it was just at the start? because ignorance is somewhat pissing me off. it is like they're doing it on purpose or they're gonna make dumber decisions in future and if so, I don't want to continue watching.

I am seeing alot of comments on why gong myung is the ML but isn't it clear that's because he fits the role? what's so hard to understand about that? i find those comments baseless tbh

it is very hard to take on a dumb FL and not make her annoying but funny.I personally laughed at her because she is clearly so delusional and stupid that it is hilarious. she is always making up the craziest scenario and kinda looks cute doing it.

not saying she is never annoying or cringe. she is but for the most part, I'm laughing at her then getting pissed at her. and I like that her mom is just as crazy because that makes sense as to why she is so delulu instead of it just being random. many pinoy movies and dramas attempt dumb FL and rarely do they succeed. most of them are annoying and irritating.

I don't think this drama would be for everyone though.

Why does Ren like her?
Why is he working as a regular office head and being able to manage doing both smoothly?
And especially why was it unnaturally slow? It was like watching in 0.5x

I had no interest in this series but then I saw the reel where ML is dancing in the lift and everyone else is just tryna be nonchalant. It was so funny. And I kept thinking of it since I watched it.

I'll be watching it solely because of that PR reel so whoever did that reel did their job great!
