Well, I was never into all of popular trending dramas, whatever suits my taste really, I don't have a particular taste, just whatever is interesting at the time, chemistry and intriguing storyline. Ratings mean nothing for me. QOT started off good, but then it just felt so flat near the end - it's not terrible I just lost interest and started FF. King of Land was popular too but I didn't like it. I just simply try out a few eps to continue or not. No offense though, it feels odd, my cup of tea and what I prefer to watch not related to this particular show should have no bearing on whether you decide to watch this or not, no? At the end of the day, it just comes down to taste and you'd have to watch it to know. Instead of being undecided and analyzing my watchlist, what do you have to lose?

It'll probably clear this thread from more negativity if those who don't like it just dropped it and left with only the supporters. Just sayin' lol.

I was like you when I first looked at this page, but I got hooked every week watching it. As far as I'm concerned, you need to watch the first several episodes to see if its for you.

fun show wasn't expecting it to be so....can't wait for the other eps to be released.

You bet I was feeling the same after the first 2 episodes cause it was sad to watch but then it showed hope, resilience, love, friendship and dreams and got me right back into it. I am so addicted to show now and know for sure I'll have withdrawal symptoms when it ends. ITS THE BEST KDRAMA OF THE YEAR!

Yeah I don't think these bombers are real as in the average viewer. No matter what one thinks of the drama, rating a 1 is just stupid, it's nowhere near that, cause they probably dropped it or didn't bother to give the characters or plot a chance. There's a lot of positive commenters here.

Totally, I seriously don't get the criticisms, some which I think are unwarranted and hilarious tbh, the characters and chemistry is off the charts, this show is so charming from all angles. I'm so invested in this drama. I just want to enjoy and savor every minute of it until I suffer from withdrawal symptoms and just not overthink if it's "unrealistic." I'm like, "hello, we're in drama land, where things can be over the top so just enjoy the ride." I'm already planning to 10 this show to balance the naysayers lol. Bring the positive vibes people and hope Typhoon trading makes some gains soon.

I watched all the Reply series, all of them had romance if you enjoyed it as well. Romance is here but it's not the center of this show but it brings growth and development in the characters. It blends very well with the show so it's not just business. Junho and Minha have fantastic chemistry so you won't be disappointed.

I just noticed that Keum Sae-rok as the first choice for FL but had to back out due to scheduling conflicts. I can't imagine if Kim Min Ha was not MS now, the chemistry with Junho is off the charts. I've never seen her act but the first time I noticed she's not the typical Korean standard beauty but her charms are nevertheless in her acting. I'm so glad she was THE replacement cause her character really grew on me. Like TP said, she was always the same but she's become more lovelier.

Junho was always a natural all-around talent and I was amazed by his performance in the Red Sleeve. King of Land was very subpar and wasn't sure why he took that role cause the plot is so mediocre and uninteresting. I'm so glad he's back full-force to showcase his versatility and taking challenges to do this period drama, we got to see him sing, dance and act like a goofball.

I think it's not really a spoiler. It's bound to happen and it's in most kdramas anyways.

I mean you have to start with a few eps to see if it's your cup of tea, everyone's going to have a different opinion about it but I think it's an absolute gem to watch if you like slice of life, fighting through adversity, slow burn romance and nostalgia.

Despite all the criticisms I'm reading on this thread, it appears this show is doing quite well. I'm happy for the crew. I enjoy this show a lot, and while I do see that can be be improvement in terms of realism, I don't overthink it cause it's pure entertainment at the end of the day and it hasn't stopped me from loving every single minute of how well-balanced it is.

How can FL resist his charms when he has eyes only for her. I don't blame them for crushing over each other, even bystanders are feeling their affections.

Business is like a rollercoaster just like stocks, why it becomes successful or go bankrupt. I usually don't enjoy business drama but they mix it in well with comedy and romance. The main leads are so charismatic that I couldn't help falling for them as it progressed. You need more mature audience to really enjoy it.

Yeah it was pretty steaming in that little private room. What got me is that she pretended that it didn't happen.

TP's friend is hilarious. TP is sulking if she likes him or not and he just burns him with the "why do you chew gum?" Implying that he's slow and MS kissed him out of boredom. Our girl needs to accept him cause he's just a lovesick puppy. But I get her reasoning too, she's not pushing him away completely but the company is not out of the woods, they need to make some real gains first.

On the side note, where is the OST for "strangers in a crowded train, you smile at me like you knew my name..." Like any idea who the singer is?

When is the train song released, why are they holding it up? This is the one I want, it's chorus-ing in my head. Even songs that came after this one are being released.

No I meant that TP probably feels like she is clueless in that moment for which she did apologize. I mean TP does look and act like a flirt so I can't help thinking he's some sort of a playboy even if he's being genuine.

Our endearing FL is so hilariously clueless about TP feelings. That was so funny. I hope she makes it up to him with a nice kiss tomorrow perhaps.
