So for those of you who felt the drama is rushed with only 8 episodes left. The book has 118 chapters. Yun He died at chapter 77. I agree they definitely spent too much time on her being trapped at the Grand Masters. At the 75% mark of the book, this is when they go fight the volcano eruption. Right now the drama is at the 80% mark (34/42 episodes). The 80% of the book is actually when they are at the frozen sea. Which I understood that were are no underwater scenes as they were cut. At the 90% point in the book is when they fight the Grand Master which means that should be around episode 38, so I guess we will see!

I guess time will tell!

Maybe they will pull an OOL and drop 2 more episodes to surprise us. Anyways, I am reading that this has been released or going to be released soon in Thailand? So should be coming to ENG soon I hope.

I wonder if they will release a special edition with more episodes later. I would love to just see the main leads but I heard that the Chinese entertainment industry is all about promoting other artists as well. Many artists have been struggling since last year to find work due to the pandemic. I do wish it was longer as well, but it looks like they changed the plot a bit from the book.

Never watched any of Allen's dramas but so far I'm liking his interpretation of ChangYi. Also he's super handsome in costume too!

When CY gets his pearl back from YH, he will be much more powerful. He lost half his power when he cut his tail. Xian Shi will get defeated with the help of that wind lady in YH dreams according to the book. But it looks like there are going to go a bit differently than the book.
