Yes, I can agree to this. Allen is so amazing in costume. YY still looks ok in WRTW. XZ also looks good in costume too I think.

Yeah😆,I find her beautiful in ashes of love but in this drama and elod her costumes are not nice.
I'm guessing that the fox clan is supposed to carry a grungy appearance. So since everyone else in the clan has this "look" it wouldn't make sense to make her look like a "fairy." But her hair is so weird in this drama.

Not sure how long the time was in the drama, but in the book it wasn't that long. Maybe less than a year.

So for those of you who felt the drama is rushed with only 8 episodes left. The book has 118 chapters. Yun He died at chapter 77. I agree they definitely spent too much time on her being trapped at the Grand Masters. At the 75% mark of the book, this is when they go fight the volcano eruption. Right now the drama is at the 80% mark (34/42 episodes). The 80% of the book is actually when they are at the frozen sea. Which I understood that were are no underwater scenes as they were cut. At the 90% point in the book is when they fight the Grand Master which means that should be around episode 38, so I guess we will see!

I wonder if they will release a special edition with more episodes later. I would love to just see the main leads but I heard that the Chinese entertainment industry is all about promoting other artists as well. Many artists have been struggling since last year to find work due to the pandemic. I do wish it was longer as well, but it looks like they changed the plot a bit from the book.
