Totally agree with your points. He approaches work w/o consideration to how the actions affect human emotions . (Although he’s showing signs of concern/respect for her). She wants to keep work and personal life separate however she reacts emotionally and rashly when she feels wronged. But she’s also taking his advices into consideration and applying them where applicable in life and work.
