If you scroll down more, there’s definitely discussions echoing your thoughts. This show has imperfect, broken, not great people and how they develop, grow, and learn. I would even consider the SML imperfect because he is too “good”. Haha. The last episodes may or may not help you but it manages to tie things together. Unlike many typical romantic series, it tries to be more realistic which is why most viewers appreciate it.

There was earlier discussions where they had to cut the drama down to 40 ep. Although it would have been nice to get more, I felt it was done nicely given their restrictions. It stayed consistent to the overall story.

around 38/39. they have issues to resolve.

I find it similar the RWTW. Not sure why it wasn’t well rated but I’d put it with my top 2023 list.

Nothing but You is also very good although not upcoming. Great acting, story telling, realistic feeling, overcoming obstacles.
