Sweet drama, but the switch back was a bit uneventful. I was expecting a bit more. Also it'd have been fun if he told the kids that he was actually Go Woo Yeong. He already had Ji Ho's childhood tapes and the Polaroids from the date as hard proof.
As much as I wanted the leads to get together till the 10th episode. After putting a bit of thought, I'm suddenly not as much of the idea. The 11th episode confirmed my feelings. Before this, I was looking at this drama as a bittersweet teen love story that led to break up due to misunderstandings and their complexes. Looking back, while they had their good moments they also hurt each other a lot whether knowingly or unknowingly which ultimately led them both to depression after the break up. At this point, realistically looking, they should have tried to move on and start afresh with new people who would not hurt them. They didn't and also tortured themselves again with the documentary. All in all, I guess what I'm trying to say is they missed their timing and didn't communicate well while they were in a relationship and I wish they ended up with people who actually understood them both instead of going back to their exes and trying again (because this doesn't actually work in real life).
Kinda glad kinda not about this drama not being that famous (you know what I mean???). But oomg loved loved loved…
This is actually good in its own genre. But I don't mind the low popularity, just wish ratings were around 8.5-8.6. It'll probably get there by the end, if there's no major fuckup.
I don't understand the K-Netzs saying this drama is bad hating on jisoo's acting. I was prepared for the worst thinking she's just an amateur idol turned actress but she's doing pretty well. The camera angles and directing is so raw and brutal, it feels so real. This is clearly not a happy drama but still awesome. I really hope the controversies stop regarding this. I think they addressed the issue with innocent protesters captured as NK spies by the government in the later episodes, and the rest is fiction I guess. I'll have to read up on that.
Calling Yeonsoo abusive is too much. Was she immature? Totally. You have to remember that they were 19-23 year…
She's not a narcissist, she's selfish. And she's allowed to be. Also I don't think she did make a mistake with the first break up or atleast the thought process behind it. She's a top student doesn't actually have talent and makes up for it with hard work, and poor and resourceless. On top of it, she knows her bf is relatively rich (like 3 restaurants?) and talented but doesn't seem to make use of that talent (at that point of time) and she's feeling like she's holding him back. So for her mental stability and insecurities, she decided to break up with him which I think was a realistic decision. Narcissists think they're better than everyone else but she doesn't. All she does is make a decision that seems best at that point of time according to her and doesn't hurt her too much or at least an amount that she can handle.
Our Beloved Summer shows the beauty of a harmful relationship, and the romantic curse of falling in love to a…
I mean I partly agree with you about YS's character, but I'm pretty sure ML knew what he was getting into. So can't say it's her fault, more like it's her personality. Seo YeJi's character in IOTNBO was more cynical in her childhood. She was literally tearing butterflies and plucking petals deciding whether to save ML from drowning.
Oh NJ =(. She literally has no clue of CW's feelings or his past. At least seokjun knew. I know she's strong enough to handle it but I still don't want to see her get hurt.
sad part when dansol father who loves hwal like his own son (karma will follow where he goes during the new birth…
I doubt u need to ship. I don't think this is going to have a happy ending, too much blood has been shed. It is bound to be a tragedy. Maybe if both died and are reborn without their previous lives' memories.
If the surviving twin is the previous bulgasal then who was the one who died? And who is the grandmother who is supposedly the little sister, in either her past or current life, of the twin who died? Plus another vampire? What is going on why is every vampire only after one soul claiming it is theirs? I'm assuming it's a reincarnation loop where when one vampire turns human the rest hunt him/her, then when they become human after killing the current vampire turned human, they now become the hunted and the loop goes on. From that perspective, who is the original owner of the soul and when did the killing start? The new vampire tells he is older than our ML and has history with the previous she-vampire.
The brainfuck here is insane. I'm 8 episodes in and still can't see what the hell is going on. This is either a masterpiece that makes each episode a single piece of a gigantic jigsaw puzzle or poor mish mash of random seemingly coincidental cases.
Come on Netflix, at least make a mini-season of 6 episodes. People really need to know what happened next. I wouldn't even mind reading the writer's script without a drama.
I'm really conflicted whether or not to watch this. How do you mix comedy and crime? Are the cases light hearted. I kind of want to see interesting cases.
