I have not seen it and I don’t even think I care if there is a season 1, there is just enough gist of backstory given at the beginning that I personally don’t think I need the previous 16 episodes.
If you are like me don’t fancy the need for the all the previous romance because, as I have, you have watched enough back to back romance recently that you have kind of romanced-out and need a break. You can compartmentalise the backstory however you want to make this fairly well contained drama/season on its own, then just watch something that is good fun 😁
I like that the shorter web series can do the more darker themes than the usual 45min idol dramas…a good story and fairly decent acting not being overshadowed by fandoms and having to play more to censorship to get licensed. Don’t get me wrong I am not criticising the typical full length dramas they do what they have to do and of course I watch and ship away like any other dramaholic. But I find that some of these more decent short length dramas get to showcase upcoming talent and more diverse storytelling.
Short or long, I still want my happy ending though 🤣
