TRHC I was solely in it for the downward spiral of crazy from the Psycho twins and the unhinged SFL screeching mother. There was no chemistry between the ML and FL, it was like watching two A4 pieces of paper get together. However my weekend drama bingo trope card didn’t include ‘random nun arrival’ so I now need to add that.
This drama is looking like it’s going to be fun, plus you can judge when drama has a good evil aunt to hate-watch on the ratio of earrings to shoulder pad size
I'm not sure what people expect from one singular episode tho? Of course the characters are annoying, because…

Thank you drama gods, let me have 50 episodes of abs and arms, and I wouldn’t care in the slightest if your plot is absolute trash. Hell if I can make it through the 106 DNA tests from “three bold siblings” without pretties to look at I am sure I can find a way to make the sacrifice this time around as well 😉

Not the scenario I would like, however one day I hope that dramaland opens the door of the “tax evasion and scandal” vault and auction all the dramas off to Netflix and/or Prime. At least that way the hard work, money and time put into these dramas are not completely wasted.
But there a few months left of 2023…I can still hope for now that we may see this, ☺️
I am guessing the delay is probably due to the ZJW twitter controversy, he has been pretty much “soft cancelled”…
I would rather seeing being it promoted etc, however I will take a quiet air drop in few months, year, or two 😉…I always feel sad for everyone involved in these productions that become collateral damage.

He hasn’t been entirely blacklisted that’s why I said it’s a soft cancellation. All his previous dramas are available but everything from 2023 that he is in has not been released and/or delayed. It had almost all blown over until, the May blacklisting of the comedian over remarks, and then suddenly the “drama officials” remembered and the cracked down ensued again.
Its only my speculation and i could be easily wrong, It even could be “legitimate technical faults” but the last time a drama was pulled 2hrs before release for the same reason and delayed it for months was “a date with the future” and they AI replaced Xu Kai Cheng.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s been pulled for AI face replacement, reshoots or until the twitter controversy is forgotten about.
Plus it’s 48 episodes and because of the delay it’s missed it’s hit the 40 episode max limit. So they will either probably have to spilt it or cut it down. But you they might get away with as it already passed review.
