Glad it’s working, yeah the website can be weirdly fickle. I usually watch WeTV either via the iPad app or the Google play app on my TV. So any routing recommendations I do are are using those. I gave it a solid 9 so it’s worth a watch.
Just be a little aware that subs are AI translated, but the WeTV generator is pretty decent and I was fine with it. Some times it gets little confused on the pronouns he/she etc but most of the time it pretty good
This might help, it’s from the app. It’s still there only via Malaysia. Sometimes you need to open/close the app a few times for it pick up the new location
Nps, the whole thing is subbed. I tend find that these short mini series can be found eng subbed on WeTV via Hong Kong and Malaysia. You will have to do some switching back and forth as they both don't have the same ones. So it’s always worth a try
finally started watching becoz NETFLIX is removing on DEC 31st :( its good tho
Just saw that as well, been on plan to watch for ages…bumping it up the peloton entertainment list. Good incentive to cycle more if I need to get through it before dec 31st 🤣

The subs are fairly decent. Depending on what WeTV app platform you use, sometimes you get the pop up “AI generated subtitles” but from experience WeTV, their AI generator is better then most (i.e MangoTV). You may find that it struggles a little with he/she pronouns at times but it doesn’t impact comprehension that much, you can generally easily work which it was meant to be.
WeTV Hong Kong…VPN is your friend!, I was so excited when I found this as HK does eng sub on most of their versions
I have placed it on hold for now, I got excited that I found it, started it, then had too many dramas going all at once. I will go back to it, how can I not with Jeremy Tsui’s voice 🥰
As also posted to most recent comment, thought I would update you as well. WeTV Hong Kong…VPN is your friend!,…
I use NordVPN, and it been a saviour more than once. I find for being based in the UK, it has opened up a lot more of dramaland. I tend to prefer to “legally” watch as I appreciate the money time and effort etc, so I typically have paid subscriptions on streaming sites like KOCOWA and VIU which I normally can access and I use a vpn to bypass the site region block to get a legitimate account and sub. I only use the slight more ‘dubious’ sites if I am desperate 😁
I am in agreement that it is a fun watch. But the drug aspect was completely pointless. Its a drug nobody enjoys…
Oh it’s definitely not deep and certainly not an award winner, in all honesty I quite happy being spoon fed “just get from A to B” plot points, but that’s probably just down to the mood I am in for something mindless and this is satisfying that, like empty carbs. I am on some well earned annual leave from work, so it’s my aim to reduce my IQ to that of a pot plant for the next couple of days and only rotate myself on the sofa just enough not to develop bed sores 😁

Li Jiu Lin, well I can count at least 8 well-defined reasons why he still needs more major ML roles 🥰
