Okay so I just saw a BTS clip of the actors who play Tilan and DX, and as predicted, Tilan will be pregnant. There is a scene they film together where they are hugging each other. So I guess her character replaces HS's role in the novel. Still betting that Tilan will die from childbirth or something which is why HS has to take care over?

Saw this clip on instagram, but probably is on Youtube too. What are your guys thoughts?

Also, I hear a new OST in ep 34, one that seems to have a sound of hope. Perhaps we might getting a happier outcome/ending? Or at least neutral?

omg my sentiments exactly! I miss the trio FJMxHSxZY, the three muskateers. I knew this day would come but it's still heartbreaking. Funny how they've tweaked his character a bit in the drama (because he technically was the mastermind and they were all pawns in the novel spoilers).

The boy talk between DX and FJM were one of my fave scenes in ep 34. FJM's little smile confessing that he loves someone was adorable. DX was so relieved and happy to hear that his friend is leaving that celibate life. I'm sure DX will not be surprised to find out it's HS considering his friend is particularly protective of her. Even DX himself is in awe of her abilities. I will say that I do quite like the chemistry between DX and HS from their few convos - like kindred spirits.

And wow, never knew FJM had an ounce of romance in him. Impressed with his romantic proposal LOL. And the fact he was so desperate that he finally verbalized his love for her. I'd say that is a huge milestone right there!

If I didn't see all the toxic and abusive behaviour in the beginning, Tilan x Di Xu would have been fine, but I still don't know when or how she fell in love with him??

And looks like FJM intercepts and has the pin pierce through his hand instead :(

I mean she can go find Youdu and join her mom and visit Zhuoying during vacations LOL

I'm in for the ride! This last week before the finale is gonna be exciting - hopefully they wrap it up nicely without rushing the ending.

Anybody found the boy talk between DX and FJM adorable in ep 34? Haha, despite the craziness, we get to see a rare moment between the two of them where they're just happily having a chat like old times. FJM looked like a little boy in love

Despite the slow-burn romance and some unnecessary angst, I have to say I'm loving the action scenes and political strifes! FJM can be ruthless and unyielding but his ability to kill two birds with one stone and strategize is amazing. Same with the opponents. I can only wish to be half as brilliant as them! Kudos to not only the cast but the filming crew for executing the fight scenes! Love how the CGI effects enhance and do not take away from the martial arts and swordsmanship.

BTW ZhuoYing looked amazing in the latest eps. What a warrior!

In the past, the changes made to dramas - that should’ve stayed with the main plot - usually didnt’ work well. Glad it did this time!

I think they wanted to replace HS with her so that the two men have their own love stories. But that definitely made her character meaningless
