This is a rare drama I have watched in which the main female lead is in charge of her love life and makes her…
Yes!!! This is the first drama that the girl is using her head and actually taking action in her love life. She chooses someone for their values rather than being swept away by the first good looking guy.
This is such a boring drama. Nothing is happening. One moment Ha Ji Won's character is acting crazy and not normal then the next she's acting all cute. This drama is literally all over the place and doesn't know what it wants to be.
This is a really boring drama. Nothing happens within a span of 16 episodes. Could have been a movie. Utterly disappointed. Something in the Rain was at least more exciting before the last couple of episodes.
This drama reminds me of melodramas in the 2000's. The idea is not very original, and I've seen better melodramas. The characters can come off as annoying because the protagonists are way too perfect. The supporting characters are really just there to annoy us and to block the protagonists from getting together. Overall, the first six episodes were very boring tbh. The actors are doing a good job though.
I hate Shin Se Kyung but I LOVE Yoochun,
it's even worth to watch?
The screenplay is really over the top. The actors try too hard to be funny. It's like forced. I think they have a neat idea, but they really need to work on the execution. I like Shin Se Kyung, but I always thought she was unable to act in a comedy. Same goes for YooChun. They are too stern, stoic, and serious looking. They don't seem fluid at being funny. Btw, I've only watched episode 1.
It also makes no sense that Shin Se Kyung's character wants to be an overachiever (in an unrealistic sense). It felt really weird the scene where she just helps him randomly and walking into guy's changing room.
The last two episodes were really bad. It was boring and unnecessary. The two main actors are great, but the evil dude is just too pretentious. He has like the same expression written on his face for the last who-knows-how-many-episodes. Honestly, all these episodes out could have been condensed to 5 episodes max. Nothing is happening, and it is just going in a loophole. I was getting interested two episodes ago, but now I fear it will go downhill (especially with the last two disappointing episodes). I know it was unrealistic from the beginning, but all these mind games that Sung Joon is playing is getting over the top. Arggg... feels like I'm watching fillers and I HATE THAT. Such a disappointment.
Also, there's no character development for anyone. The only focus we see the most is on Seo Jin/Robin. It's like Ha Nah is just there to exist for the sake of fulfilling Hyun Bin's role. SO BORING. She's like his cheesy guardian angel. She has no purpose of being there other than that. She only saves him or she needs saving.
this drama is confusing sometimes it is boring sometimes it if fun and interesting ... i like the main actor ,…
I tried some episodes of KHMH and I thought it was way too over the top. I know in HJM it's quite over the top too, but the other one felt like a theatrical acting. I really did not enjoy the leading actress' performance in KMHM. She screams and overreacts too much for me. On the other hand, Ji Sung tries too hard to be cool. Not my cup of tea.
Ok so I watched 4 eps I really tried to like it but I didn't! Reading you're comments make me wonder if I should…
I tried this too, since I saw there were high ratings. The acting is too much for me. The main actress overreacts too much (and she screams a lot). Ji Sung trying too hard to be cool. Though, I must say I quite like the rapping song. So don't worry if you don't enjoy this drama. I don't like it either.
I find a lot of cheesy moments are cringe-worthy. They should take out those moments. There are also a lot of unrealistic scenes, but the drama has an overall good vibe to it. I am not expecting much. The idea is very intriging though, so I am hoping that they will prove me wrong.
This drama went downhill after the whole 3 years gap. Nothing is happening! The pace has really haltered.
I on the other hand feel like they're going around in circle. Episode 15 and 16 could have been combined. What's the point in keeping them apart for this long?
As I was trying to explain to another person, if you scroll below of this post you will see my explanation: https://kisskh.at/discussions/love-alarm-season-2/60521-spoilers-discussions-questions-answers
