Hmmmm. If Mawin is the biological son, I'm sure there's a mother somewhere? Did he get someone pregnant and had no choice but to walk? This feels like it's going to be a mess lol
So in episode 5, when those cops show up at the spiritual retreat center to investigate, they end up having this…
I'm always left to wonder if no one looks at their birth certificate anymore π I've been a druid for over a decade and I'm still surprised that these details don't seem very interesting to anyone else π I'm Sunday. Red to me is usually a very active colour, associating with fire and blood, I'm quite introverted. So that's interesting that its a lucky colour to me. Number 6 to me I think think of the lovers card. I would agree that. Not as lucky but I do associate a lot with the card. So that's a fascinating insight into another table of thought, I appreciate that.
Interminable: That monk in episode 4 completely stole the show for meSo Interminable starts out pretty slow and…
I was thinking that too. If Rudee's mother was a child in 1912, the monk has to have been around, maybe as a young adult? Unless he's not human and is ageless π
Ooooooohh, Sing is going weak π and jealous bitch continues to be jealous bitch. Still can't shift the feeling that he's involved somehow, or it's just been set up to surprise us later.
I'm soo intrigued as to what is going on and how the ritual works. What is being gained by seven brutal deaths every five years? Is the ghost being controlled by someone for their own gain, is the ghost working by herself, are the sacrifices for her and it's all big occult deal between vengeful ghost and greedy humans? Because judging by that guy at the temple it's the old money and power at all costsπ
Jeebus Christ, I had a whole battle with iqyi to get this ep. I finished watching interminable, go get something to eat. And iqyi has a whole shit and nearly blew my whole damn TV.
I wonder if AE will be himself in class too? π Other than that awwwww, is all I can say. With only 8 x 20 min eps, I wasn't expecting a masterpiece. It was just a simple, cute little show that warmed my aging rockstar heart βΊοΈπ€π€
I knew when I seen it was the director for Not Me with OffGun, I knew they wouldnt let me down π I feel I would get along with this dierctor, we have the same taste πmysterious, sexy, grungy , and artsy, yes.
Also, nice to see OffGun in more mature roles. As cute as Gun is, I can see the maturity in his face. Saturn starts to sharpen your features after that return π It would be hard to see them as students now
Waiting for the last ep and feeling kind of sad 8 eps and my entire teenage years have resurfaced to my consciousness.
I know this sounds like old person crowing but the outfits shown are very much what we did. We ripped, painted and sewed everything π
The Freddy Kruger jumper was one of my favourites. Makes me want to wear one again βΊοΈ
I dated a guy at the time, who was old school punk, complete with mohawk, and he altered everything. He would tell me that buying from alt store defeated the point. He was an asshole but damn I loved the hell out of his wardrobe π
My first drink was at 16, and it was a jack Daniels and coke from my older boyfriend. Thinking it was just coke, I glugged it. Getting tipsy is very easy when you are young and innocent π
This show is so stupidly cute, I worry there's going to be a bomb at ep 9 π
I had said before in other comment sections that I'm not a fan of continuous flashbacks in a plot. I prefer to have it one at time. It looks like we're going to get a flashback let episode, but to me feels like spoonfeeding the audience to back up whatever has happened in the present. I haven't read the novel so I'm assuming that's the way if was anyway. But it feels really jarring for me. Give it to me all in one go, so I can feel surprised when I see repeat scenes happening, rather than it feeling like an ,oh and btw kind of narrative. That's what's ruining the romance for me.
I will finish for billybabe, but the editing is all over the place.
I thought this would be more serious with the mafia tone, but this is surprisingly funny π no one is going to be able touch Peach. What's the bet that the gun in the preview is aimed at whoever the asshole is shouting at Peach
Jealous bitch is jealous bitching. I'm not even going to say his name anymore. Hmmphπ
And that last part just makes me think that my guess maybe right about King being involved in this bad juju, or the new boyfriend is part of groupies because, why are we attacking Darin? Singha I get, but why Darin? Baby has done nothing other than detect hair.
Also, the ghosts have been designed to show us how the person died. Slit mouth woman must have been horribly murdered with that ole glasgow smile. She kind of looks like she's wearing a nurses dress too?
can you please explain me this "what lives in another is also in you"π i love it but i'm not sure if…
It's a law of mirrors theory in psychology. It basically means that whatever traits or interests another has, you may also have, and it takes that person to bring it out because they're reflecting back what you don't see. But we may only think that persons cool or you just like them in some way. That's why idols have such protective fans.
You know, there's that saying that goes, we find ourselves in others, or what lives in another is also in you.
I've been laughing that, damn, Chiaki doesn't recognise the face, the eyes, lips, nothing. He looks at him all day everyday and he doesn't piece things together?
That he recognised him by his walk made me feel that really the connection with AE was more about the persona, finding it within himself and carrying himself with more confidence and courage
So that's a fascinating insight into another table of thought, I appreciate that.

Also, I've been complaining about the flow of the editing, much better this week.
