I'm assuming if Sheng died, he would commit suicide, by wanting to be where Sheng is, and was asking Wenlang to take care of Peanut.

I've seen that scenario before in a few lit pieces. The Mother dies in childbirth, and then the father forever hates the child for being the reason she's dead.

Does the novel say what ABO Lele and Peanut are, or are they too young? Is it like a puberty thing in omegaverse?

Ive read a lot of comments over the weeks who have read the novel, so i wasnt expecting a big ending but I admit the editing, made everything very disjointed. I'm a firm believer in one time skip, one flash back style editing because I feel like you can do it too much and it disturbs the flow for me.

Gao tu and Wenlang's ending didnt land. What was all the about accusing Gao of scheming against him? What? Really? I'd escape through a window too. Gao and his sister left and then randomly come back after 3 years. What happened to the pig of a father?
It was just like, oh, hi, and then that was it? LOL Um, excuse me, Sir, I needed to see some sort of heart to heart understanding about that. And some loving on his 3 year old child he's been missing out on.

For Sheng and Hua, it was a cute ending although very abrupt. I personally dont like a child vs parent scenario because it just feels so wrong. Why is a grown ass adult bickering with a toddler and why is the toddler giving teenage'd attitude back??

I enjoyed BoatOat so I don't mind, and they're probably the best pair to do it. But I do find it funny.

This is one of those shows that leave me feeling really deflated, and more so because I've followed it the last few weeks. Since I started watching asian dramas last year, there's always that one show, every other month that leaves me knowing what to do with my mind for a while afterwards. And when it's a show I've been following, it'll be the following day that it would have aired, leaves me feeling empty LOL
I may stock up on snacks for next Saturday LOL On the bright side, at least it's Saturday with other shows. I remember J&J was on a Monday and feeling so blank the Monday after the finale LOL

honestly, it sounds like dad, doesnt give a shit about any of his kids and is the source of everyone's effed up actions. Wife is drunkard who ruined her son, who's now on drugs, and killed Peem's mother, who wants them all dead. Sister's mom has runaway to party and left her daughter to be ignored and humiliated by dad. I wonder what part she will play in the end?

I agree with you. I was genuinely really hurting for her, I couldnt watch that scene, but when I seen the Khem's different deaths, and then killed Thong, I didnt feel so bad. Revenge is a temporary peace that starts a cycle that keeps you in pain.

Yeah, my anxiety was spinning during Ram's story so I may have missed important dialogue, but I was just under the impression that it was only Khem being haunted.

ohhhh, she said it was her third pregnancy, so I thought she already two girls. But then that doesnt make sense. Why not haunt the first wife's reincarnation as well? Why just focus on Khem? That feels like a plot whole.

Question. Ram said Khem was the only one left......about 5 lives later....So, is she just haunting Khem's reincarnations and not the others?? Or have their souls been destroyed by her at some point previously? Because, I would be haunting the shit out the first wife, the actual murderer, not the kid who was too terrified to speak the truth.....

There is something deeply disturbing in my soul when someone kills a baby, let alone another mother. I physically and mental can't hear a child/baby scream.

I dont think Thong deserved to die but I guess since we're gearing up for the finale, they had to cut a few characters.
