Not really..m It's correct both ways.
If you say The Dragon's Chant... it means it's a chant A dragon sings or it's chant
but THE DRAGON CHANT could basically be A Chant's Title. Like this Chant is a Dragon Chant. (not a Chant Of a drama as in A dragon's Chant)
