It's called Video Speed Controller but the most recent update messed up the setting so certain sites play at 0.07 speed. I don't have a problem with it for the most part but it affects Crunchyroll so that's a bit annoying. I'm not sure if you still want to use it or not, but it was really good before the update so I hope they fix it.

I think they said he was a warmonger. So he always wanted to be at war, and pushed to fight in the last war which resulted in 30 000 soldiers being killed. They said he was responsible for their deaths but nobody knows that General Feihong (He Yan) was notified late and He Ru Fei agreed (lied) with the minister in saying he just wanted to fight and led those soldiers to their deaths.

Xiao Jue can recognise He Yan with half her face covered, but couldn't figure out that it was her who was He Ru Fei? I get that she was wearing a mask that basically covered her whole face, but he has known her for years. The height and eyes alone should have been some sort of indicator.
