Ya'll just hating on NDS because of your love for HJP. Imagine their mentor had the same personality as HJP but…
I am desperately rooting for DS's character development despite being a JP fan. And I really think that bitter truth is better than sweet lies.
DS always praises people & covers for them. So DM never really faced a crisis as a CEO (as DS covered for her) & his friends never realized their weaknesses. Now they are being treated like fools by Alex.
And I don't think that JP is loved because of the underdog story. He is loved for his character development & rational thinking. He knows when to put himself first & when to step back.
Cant believe Alex turned out like this:(Here I was ready to ship him with InJae lol. This show has some grudge…
Lol. I don't know if I'm the only one but I found him to be suspicious from the start.
And especially after his dialogue about the crows as it didn't fit into the story.
I think after watching the "Money" video, he understood that DS was a naive character who could be easily manipulated. His parents telling Alex about DS's fragile personality confirmed his views.
Y'all talking about the male leads while the biggest crime in this drama is Kang Han Na screentime.
True. I can't believe she was made to cut her hair for cameo appearances.
She told in the interview that she watched many clips on CEOs to play her character better & her character had the potential to have one of the best character development arcs in K drama.
But all we get is bickering between the sisters. And even in those scenes our hero has to step in to defend DM. LET the sisters talk. WHY do you feel entitled to interfere in their conversations ?
i now understand why SDM would pick NDS: he always supports her decisions, whereas HJP is sometimes against it.…
"Bitter truth is always better than Sweet lies".
NDS always tells DM that she is the best & even his friends are not aware of their weaknesses as DS is always there to cover up for them. We all love to hear sweet lies & it's expected that they all love to be around DS.
JP always speaks his mind in matters regarding business. His unpolished & fact based comments can hurt people temporarily but ultimately make them face the truth. As he said, none of the Start Ups that he invested in ever failed.
But Samsan tech doesn't accept the reality & blindly chooses to follow DS who is like the 'Pied Piper'. Now they will finally understand that they are not needed by 2STO.
This time it will really hit them hard as they got rid of their sandbox (their *supposed to be* mentor - JP)
The only promising part of this entire drama is HJP The rest of the characters are a joke. They lack maturity,…
So true. If the writers want us to root for Samsan tech, I have to say "please give us a reason". They are always back to square one at the end of every ep.
What kind of character development is this ? If the Samsan tech guys focused or have at least 50%, no 10% of their sincerity shown in their love life towards their Start Up, they would not end up like this.
I think the writer is trying to pull a Titanic here.
James Cameron said that Jack had to die as his character's sole purpose was to make Rose believe in herself. He was there to give her hope & will to live on and fight for herself.
Similarly in Start Up, JP exists just to make sure that DM doesn't lose her hope & achieves her goals. Now that she is is safely about to reach her destination, JP has to make his exit from her life as he is no longer needed.
It's the bitter truth we have to accept. We knew that this ship was going to sink.
DM messaged JP more than 400 times for asking simple questions but when the most important moment for the company comes up - which could either be a turning point or a crisis, she decides on her own ?
Then why did you choose him as your mentor ?
PS : Can the San friends trio stop being so prejudiced & rude to JP ? What did he do to deserve that ? Usual bickering can be overlooked but when your company is in crisis you ought to think twice. He always saved them so it makes no sense to treat him like they do instead of thinking logically.
If they still can't trust him they should have asked Director Yoon for advice. She is known to help Start Ups & DM is aware of her admiration towards her father. At least DM / Saha should have played smart. Totally disappointed.
If it is just about making good apps then there are tons of people who could become CEOs & millionaires. It ultimately boils down to making the right decisions at the right time.
It just shows how immature the SamSan Tech team is. JP was right about them. You guys need a mentor. Learn to separate personal & professional lifes.

Will it surpass IONTBO too ?

Couldn't say it better
