I just finished episode 8 and I'm wondering why Harumichi basically cut things off with Yae and left Japan. Like…
Oh and I wanted to slap Yae's mom for essentially ruining her daughter's life. She should have told her about her lost years and of course Harumichi. Because of the mother Yae ended up lost and in a loveless marriage and then divorce without her son, lonely and driving a cab for a living instead of getting to pursue her dream job. I thought what was infuriating was the way the mother says she wonders if she made the right decision for Yae in episode 8...I'm like duh of course you didn't! Ugh!
I just finished episode 8 and I'm wondering why Harumichi basically cut things off with Yae and left Japan. Like he broke up with his fiancee and Yae confessed her feelings for him, both of them are now unattached. It was odd. Why go through all that effort in reuniting with her then? There's a lot of hair pulling frustrating moments in this series.
I wonder how old you guys are. This drama kept making me cringe and kept me thinking if it's because I'm 27 already.…
I'm older than 27 and I like this show. I think this is more of a teen drama, so cringy moments and characters acting innocent comes with the territory. I found it funny that the fl is so concerned with her female friend and ml in 2010 instead of figuring out how the heck is she going to time travel back to present day. She seems pretty immersed in reliving her teen years.
I should learn not to trust low ratings on here, because I really liked this drama. Amazing acting performances and I thought it had a perfect ending. It was a love story but a realistic one. I'm not surprised it was based on a true story.
This overrated show is the epitome of all that I hate about Kdramas. So cheesy and cringe. I don't get how anyone could like this. I dropped it after only a couple of episodes.
Just finished the 1st episode and found it very slow and a bit melodramatic like they want the audience to be as sad as possible. It felt forced and heavyhanded with obvious emphasis on listening to music and one's voice etc. It also doesn't help that I really don't like the lead actress that plays Tsumugi. Ever since I saw her in Kikazaru Koi ni wa Riyuu ga Atte. Her acting seems so unnatural to me and wooden. Not sure about the male lead in this either. I'll keep watching and see where it goes.
