Wang Haoxuan is a good choice. He played the role Xue Yang really well in The Untamed. Xue yang's character is almost pure evil, but he also has an innocent and playful side. I think he would also be able to take on Mu Sheng's character. I also think Li Hongyi is a good choice, but personally I would prefer him to try some different roles.
That’s great news! This Golden Shield Television sounds quite significant (at least from the name). Hopefully more higher-ups in the C-ent industry can get involved with the case and push it forward. I got the feeling that this year many of the industry regulations are less stringent compared to prior years. I heard that one celebrity who was banned for tax evasion recently posted on their social media account. Ikr! It gets annoying after seeing these comments for a few years on various social media platforms… Like these comments keep popping up and the majority of them is saying how LHY resembles xx or xxx. If people actually watched their dramas and interviews, they shouldn’t be saying this. And if they want to compliment someone, a better way would be to compliment the actor directly without comparing them to others.
Like some people even went so far to say that they go to the same doctor.. maybe they meant it as a joke, but cmon seriously? Li hongyi was 17/18ish when he filmed the drama “Master Devil Do not Kiss Me.” If people compared him in there to that of CY when he was of similar age, anyone should be able to see that the two looked nothing alike back then, and continue to look different at the present.
I wanted to say something for a long time! 😂 It seems that each time Hongyi gains some popularity from a new drama, there is an increase of these “he looks like xx” comments. But we never (or rarely) see comments like “xx looks like li hongyi.” So it’s quite strange…
This 2006 version is my favourite condor heroes adaptation! So many childhood memories…Liu yifei’s Xiao Long Nv will always be the best and most ethereal for me.
I’m actually really looking forward to this drama. The novel is a real tearjerker… but I’m iffy on how much they can stay true to the novel in this adaptation due to all those censorship regulations.
