Ep 6 is my favorite so far, story is finally flowing right. Tong Mengshi is doing great as Mo Xiao - he comes off as a genuinely kind person - and somewhat inexperienced in life and a stickler for rules (not unlike how he was as the God of War honestly).

Title Destiny and Saving
Rough start with iffy editing of the Heavenly arc in the beginning, but the story finally gets going in Ep 4-5. Typical xianxia storyline, but it's watchable if one doesn't mind that the visuals are a blast from the past (at least the mortal arc so far has normal houses/buildings lol). The most interesting character so far is the one played by Han Dong (not a surprise to me).

You can tell their original intent to keep it a mystery with the original order and I agree, that is lost with the reordering. But to me the strongest parts of the show are its beginning (flashback) and ending, so I appreciate the new order too. It’s all good 😊
