As per the Anime version SCH really want SMY to take the sword and be the next patriarch. He is serious about bringing the change to the leadership of Blood River that's why in the name of following Su fam head orders he is planning his own rebellion. And you are right about it, he has no wish to harm SMY in any manner. All he wants is to somehow bring SMY on his side so they could both restructure the Blood River, where people can have more freedom.
Similarly, SMY on the other hand is doing what he thinks is right. He also wishes for a Blood River where people have a choice to be free of this assassin world and have a home but not like SCH. However, even he will do anything to save SCH from any harm. Like in episode 7 SMY clearly tells Patriarch that he is ready to pay any price for his loyalty and duty but not SCH.
I want more flashbacks of SMY and SCH. I enjoy these scenes a lot. SMY is more emotive in showing his turmoil and conviction as compared to the present Kui Lord. The scene where SCH tried to kill himself after they were the two left in the wailing abyss. They both were so good as they bofh held the dagger- one to kill himself and the other one to save the one he called his family.
Any idea if SMY and SCH are of same age? If not then who is elder amongst the two. SMY appears to be the serious and mature one out of the two but somehow the way SCH cares be in the past or the present looks like an elder brother. I could be totally wrong though.
I think Mu. His name is Mu Kewen. He was a close brother to Mu Mince (the current patriarch) before they took…
That I have no clue. May be Luo was his original surname before he was taken into Mu family. Like SMY and SCH were not born with these names or surnames.. Just speculating..
the hunchback old man, who guards spider's nest, uncle Luo, he is from which family?
I think Mu. His name is Mu Kewen. He was a close brother to Mu Mince (the current patriarch) before they took separate roles. One as the current patriarch and old man as yhe spider nest's guard.
i have a question bai he huai claims to be wen's granddaughter, does this mean baili dongjun and she are cousins…
I have no idea about bai dongjun as i have not seen other two shows, so cant say anything about it. As far as SCH being the leader of Dark River in TBOY is concerned, this show is a prequel to TBOY and SCH is not the leader/Patriarch as yet. The anine version season 1 was all about this, which I believe will be a part of Blood river too. I dont remember a lot of details from the anime but they did mention No Sword city and i am guessing here we will get to know more because SMY seems to have been born in No Sword city before it was destroyed along with his family, leaving him orphaned. Upcoming episodes may show more of No Sword city.
I was planning to mention this too. Every other guy SMY encounters demands to show his eighteen sword technique.…
These characters might push me to keep a track of the number of times someone asked SMY to show eighteen sword technique. SMY should take me as 13th zodiac just to punch š these people.
Why every time the characters tried to fight Su Mu Yu they say to him Iām not here to fight with ur umbrella,…
I was planning to mention this too. Every other guy SMY encounters demands to show his eighteen sword technique. 'Am i not worth seeing eighteen sword technique' I don't know about SMY but I want to punch them on behalf of SMY hahaha
Uncle Zhe is uncle Zhe. His tuning every other character is simply amazing. He is probably the strongest Su Family Member but he is funny, acts like a scared puppy when around his daughter. He is okay with breakihg the rules if its for his daughter, especially when everyone around is hell bent on not following any rules at all. He even told SMY that he is not okay with him being the patriarch if his daughter fancies him, otherwise SMY may consider the role..hahaa
Su MuYu was an orphan who joined Su family after the wailing abyss fighting. So they arent really cousin-cousin. Su MuYu as per the trailers was born to some other family in swordleas city. After the city was destroyed he was orphaned. Su MuYu isnt his real name or surname. He picked his name for himself.
Thanks for sharing. I haven't had a chance to watch episode 6 and 7 yet. Your post makes it exciting. I am so…
I did exactly the same. Epi 6 fight after SMY leaves the cave/secret paggage was beautiful. I watched that part thrice actually. Moving on to epi 7 now.
Thanks for sharing. I haven't had a chance to watch episode 6 and 7 yet. Your post makes it exciting. I am so looking to new episodes. I too cant wait for the part where they go beyond the Anime storyline.
