I had to check in for a wellness check for all the Romance viewers, you got not only Kisses, but many kisses, wedding (super brief), wedding night, consumate and them flirty in bed. It was like Romance explosion LOL
I have to feel bad for Lu, just married and already like every Husband limited to twice a month already! Not a good sign LOL LOL.
Plot wise so annoy WR is still unsure of herself with Lu, ummm you JUST got married, give the poor guy some slack. You are now his WIFE, a Husband should always support his wife & family. I was surprised the old Governess popped up. I don't know why WR didn't just say the truth. She tried to kill me and mixed up the poison. There is no proof outside her body and the person who swapped the poison is dead also. Seems the writers are just closing up loose ends.
Also the woman in her family need a kick in the butt, all the scheming already. Serves the one being sent home right getting all catty. Lu made an example of her. They forget he will be head of household.
A total solar eclipse occurs somewhere on Earth about every 18 months, while any specific location on Earth sees one only once every 360 to 410 years (averaging 375 years).
Global Frequency & Types
• Annual Occurrence: Between 2 and 5 solar eclipses happen globally each year (most years have two).
Eclipse Types:
• Total: The Moon completely covers the Sun. • Annular: The Moon is too far away to cover the Sun completely, leaving a bright "ring of fire". • Partial: Only a part of the Sun is blocked. • Hybrid: Alternates between annular and total along different parts of its path. • Eclipse Seasons: These alignments happen roughly every six months during the New Moon phase when the Moon's orbit crosses Earth's orbital plane.
Major Eclipse Cycles
• Saros Cycle: Repeats similar solar and lunar eclipse patterns every 18 years, 11 days, and 8 hours, shifting the path westward by roughly one-third of the globe. • Inex Cycle: Spans roughly 29 years less 20 days (358 synodic month
The next major solar eclipses visible from China include a partial solar eclipse on August 2, 2027 and a total solar eclipse on September 2, 2035.
Upcoming Solar Eclipses in China
• February 17, 2026: Annular solar eclipse (visible as a partial or annular phase depending on region, such as in Beijing). • August 2, 2027: Partial solar eclipse visible across parts of China (coinciding with a total solar eclipse elsewhere globally). • July 22, 2028: Partial solar eclipse visible from China. • June 1, 2030: Annular solar eclipse visible from parts of China. • September 2, 2035: Total solar eclipse with a path of totality running through northern China, North Korea, South Korea, and Japan.
Historical Context and Records
China has one of the world's oldest and most detailed continuous records of solar eclipses, spanning over 2,700 years. The earliest explicit written record of a total solar eclipse in Chinese history dates back to 709 BCE (observed near ancient Qufu), which astronomers and geophysicists use today to study historical shifts in Earth's rotation speed and solar activity.
She even had the audacity to ask wei rao directly to help her with lu zhuo even when there were already recent…
You wonder how many marriages then were for Love, being in Love? Seem most were made for position & status. The guy had plenty of woman outside marriage as well. The 'Wife" was for hiers and a trophy.
Jundai treatment against xie hualou in ep 1 wasn't wrong she proved today why she deserved that kick off the rails…
Clear Jundai knew Xie had her eye on Lu so she was claiming her position, Xie is now doing the same thing - though why after seeing all WR has done. Did she still believe WR was Jundai????

Otherwise little things to move plot along.

But what do I know, I'm an old romantic guy. LOL
Agree this episode was just a bridge one to flesh out the coming episodes and setting things up for ending.
I must say all the Females in this show are beautiful.
