Well its the line where what is a healthy relationship and not. Considering the % of people under 30 who don't want a realtionship these shows likely play into the fantasy aspect of romance, atrractive ML swoops in the 'save' the FL, showers her with gifts & love and they live happily ever after, thats the traditional Female romance fantasy but since WR is more Female empowerment & justice seeking its really not a top priority for her.

Perhaps the actual fear of losing Lu will be her breaking point.

I agree, other than attractive lead roles, and some flirty banter there has been little / no developing romanace between them. It's like Golden Years, the guy is there to support the girl through the years.

Somewhat of a filler episode as the plot / scheming continues. I knew Grand Tutors Granddaughter would pop up, the scheme her & Shu seem so BASIC like High school girls.

Everyone got their stab to the groin of the CP, how long he can hide his injury will be interesting as its the ultimate rebuff on 'Did you hear WR was a soil maid?' No but did you hear the CP has no JUNK anymore??'

She just is driven by bringing justice no matter the cost, risk. Just enjoy the ride.

Shu was tripping on her husband being named Crown Prince. Plus her inner demon seems to relish harming people likely to feed her sense of power.

Well characters in a show and like a NPC in a video game, they just say the same thing when you interact with them LOL

That would require Jundai to have emotions and care about anything but herself. I could just see her explode in anger if her reality was told to her. Not sure if she was just spoiled her whole life or was fed lies to grow her anger as there were some toxic people around her and Lady Li clearly didn't spend much time with her.

I see it two ways.

1 - he's just a plant / trap from Shu & CP spy on WR and feed information back and influence what she does.

2 - he truely is someone she knew in the past. That was a pretty specific memory to recall (giving her potatoes) so perhaps he sees WR as a way to escape Shu & CP as its clear most of their staff is slaves / captured

If its #1 he won't be around long.

Maybe like WR the idea of Love and what it should be, but knowing how to give & express love is where WR is struggling.

yeah the Grand Tutor's Granddaughter kind of disappeared, perhaps due to we are now focused on the city and they are back at Lu home estate?

Ummm in the US years ago, this actually happened to a husband who cheated on his wife. She used scrissors for the cut and threw his junk into some field when driving.

They found it and reattched it, he even did some adult videos but it was more appearence than functional. LOL

You make it sound like Shu had a choice, I see it as she enjoys her part in it, likely not perverted like her Husband but more for the torture, cruelity aspect. She likes hurting people.

Who is to say she doesn't plant evidence on someone else to take the fall for the attack? Two birds, one stone kind of thing?

I can't say loves Lu. She has feelings for him but he has given way more than her to make the move to something with more substance.
