very very slow burn ?? I think this is less or as slow burn than many Cdramas. confession ep 17-18, married ep 19 out of 34, I wouldn’t call this very very slow burn, but each their own opinion

many Cdramas it takes them forever to get together and they are only together for around 10 eps or less in total if you never noticed😅. either break up in the last few eps or it’s takes more than 3/4 of the drama to get together. this happened for a few Cdramas this year

the other 2 couples were never being shown here though. this is the adaptation of the novel of only 2 couples (you can see it on the synopsis). part 2 is suppose to be the other 2 couples, don't know the developpement of it, don't know if they even started filming. there is a comment below that part 2 might not even happen after all. we have to wait and see
it's originaly 2 parts, centered on 2 couples for each part. but we have to wait and see if part 2 will actually happen, it could be cancelled, we never know.

no. she had a fiance at the beginning, engagement was broken. she almost married ML brother, but she married ML in ep 24. We don't know what the future holds with the delulu SML/the villain though a force marriage later on by the villain is still a possibility
