I initially gave it a 5/10, but I’m going to drop that to a 4, maybe even a 3/10. I honestly found the ending rushed and bad. They even try to make us believe that the gambling addict became a “successful writer” 😀
Honestly, I always felt like the relationship was forced here. The actors—especially Hyewon—seemed uncomfortable and shy, and it’s really obvious. Maybe it’s because these were her first kissing scenes, but I’d be very surprised if we see Hyewon again in a Japanese drama in the future.
I love the chemistry between Changyu and M. Li so much that, honestly, I would have loved them to end up together if Zhang Linghe weren’t the male lead. The two of them have such great chemistry. 😊
Not sure where you got that figure since this drama has been topping Kuyun since Day 1 in term of both popularity…
No, you didn’t understand at all. I’m talking about the audience on **kisskh** only—the drama has just **23,978 viewers** there. I’m not talking about the audience elsewhere. What I mean is that Chinese dramas, even when they’re well rated, rarely exceed **60,000 viewers on kisskh**, unless they’re also an international hit like **“Hidden Love.”**
I check the number of viewers here (“23,727”), and honestly we can’t really say it’s a bad audience. When you look closely, C-dramas don’t gather that many people on MDL anyway. I’m not even sure there’s a C-drama with 100,000 viewers there. Usually, when it’s doing well, it’s around 30–40,000.
I watched 10 minutes and started laughing nonstop. Damn, the acting is so funny. I wasn’t even planning to watch it at first since the actors are weak, and it clearly looks like those 100-episode weekend K-dramas made for the older generation. The K-drama feels like it’s from 2016–2017—it’s hilarious. Good luck to those who keep watching. 😅
9.2 — holy fuck, this is insane, I’m so freaking excited. Imagine if the drama ends up at 9.4–9.5. I don’t even know what I’d do, but it would be absolute madness for sure lmaooo.

I don’t think Jinyoung had laser hair removal (I’m not sure though). Sometimes you can see traces of facial hair. But stop, I’m going to stop talking to you — you need a pair of glasses as soon as possible, it’s really important.
Because honestly, saying he has the same skin tone as in the photo I sent… that’s something. You can clearly see he’s wearing eyeshadow, and also a lighter foundation that’s very obvious. But anyway, bye.

Are you kidding me? Are you really watching the drama? He has heavier makeup than all the other actors. It’s really obvious. I’ve got nothing against it, but I’ve often noticed that in his dramas he tends to wear pretty heavy makeup. Are you also going to tell me his lips are natural? 😂😂😂
