Enlighten me if I understood correctly: we have SML who likes FL, and SFL who likes ML. But ML himself likes FL, which creates a love triangle. I can totally see SFL getting closer to ML to make FL jealous so that, in the end, he ends up getting closer to her.
I'm really struggling with this drama, but every time I watch it I get sleepy. Jinyoung is excellent here, and Minju is pretty good too—so for me it's not about the actors. It's the plot; I just don't find it engaging or compelling. The reasons for the breakups are always so weak, like in 99% of K-dramas, and we always get the same process: breakup → they meet again → they fall in love again.
I recently loved the K-drama *Our Unwritten Seoul* with Jinyoung—it’s, in my opinion, the best K-drama of 2025.
It’s crazy how, when you watch dramas like this, you end up thinking, “How is it possible that an actor agreed to be in this?” Honestly, I really wonder. It’s not like they were paid millions for it. The script, the plot, and even the acting are all catastrophic. I’ve never seen an actor worse than Choi Byung Chan—he’s just terrible. I really can’t understand how Yeonwoo agreed to this. Was this the only drama her agency offered her or what?
Well, the only positive point here is that we only got 8 episodes. I wouldn’t even have imagined 12. It’s just a complete disaster, for fuck’s sake—everyone’s acting is awful here. It’s the first time I’ve found Yeonwoo this bad, and the ML is just a catastrophe for his first lead role.
I gave it a 2/10, but it’s honestly more like a 1.
It’s crazy how much Zhang Linghe looks like the actress Zhou Ye. When he tied his hair up, I felt like I was seeing her in The Legend of the Female General 😂😂.
Fucking episode 18. Fucking episode 18 — I have no words, I’m in shock. I’ve been staring at the ceiling for 10 minutes, I’m still in shock. What the hell was that insane episode they just gave us? Damn, that massacre in the city of Lin’an… I even had a hard time with the old woman who sacrifices herself at the end. What a fucking episode. I’ll watch episode 19 later for now.
It’s crazy how **Huang Xiaoyun** is the best singer of Chinese drama OSTs. She sings for so many dramas, and all of those soundtracks are just incredible. 🎶 https://youtu.be/-oZKdEpShUo?si=Va9YaAniHvdx8ztt

I read the comments, I look at the ratings, and I keep seeing 8/10s everywhere. It made me wonder: “What would your Top 5 K-dramas of all time be?” Mine would be these (in no particular order): While You Were Sleeping Goblin Twinkling Watermelon When Life Gives You Tangerines Flower of Evil
After weeks of trashing this drama, people still rate it above 6/10? How is that even work guys? How can you say…
A lot of people here don’t really know how to rate and give 10/10 just because their favorite actors are in it. Personally, I give this drama a 3/10. For me, it’s impossible to rate it above 4. There are too many bad and uninteresting things. My three points go to Wooju, Taheyung, and the neighbors.

in two days, we’ll have one episode per day.
