Also Namkoong Min has given me some of my most happiest, funniest times watching a drama ever istg. 😂
Thank you. ^^ Life could be better, but I am doing what I can at least, and the dramas do a lot of heavy lifting when it comes to feeling better. :P I am loving Walking on Thin Ice and Flower of Evil rn!!
This was a hard watch. Not because the movie was bad, but because the content itself was just so depressing to see. :( But did like it for sure! A certain scene might be hard to watch for some, though. Was a bit for me as it was way too relatable and I almost experienced something similar before — not fun.
"BUSAN — Japanese movie director Nagata Koto said she aimed to sound the alarm on the problem of poverty and its psychological ramifications for younger generations in her country with her new film "BAKA's Identity."
"Many foreign tourists visiting Japan seem to have the impression that Japan is a peaceful, beautiful and clean country. However, polarization is intensifying within Japanese society. Young people, in particular, are struggling with poverty," Nagata said during a press conference at the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) in Busan, Friday.
This was a free-view on Viki; I found it completely dull and stupid (who hides in the back of a neighbour's van…

Haven't seen this movie, but I chuckled at this because I've escaped my current apartment countless times due to excessive noise from my neighbors — at times day after day, lasting the entire day. Forget about working or studying when that happens, it becomes impossible. Doubly so when you are hyper sensitive to sounds, lol.

Made me learn about this drama.
I feel the movie started of well enough but over time it kinda lost its way imo.
It's just 1 scene, but still something to be aware of.
But did like it for sure!

"Not only are they suffering financially, but they are also having a difficult time due to psychological poverty. Many Japanese people are unaware of this reality, so I wanted to make a film that addresses that issue.""
