Yes .. i mean i loved first half of Something in the Rain but second half was awful 😭😭 Stand by your man ” Should never had Been the OST in this drama cuz she did NOT stand by her man Lol. One of the weakest Female leads in kdramaland ! But I think Ahn Peon Seok won’t Do another drama with this much of a weak FL again because even the koreans were annoyed by the FL in something in the Rain 😅 the ML should have dumped her for good , but when you love someone deeply its ofc easier Said than Done to dump the person … i just didn’t believe she truly loved him back 🤦‍♀️

Ahn Peon Seok’s One Spring Night that came after SITR has a much stronger FL, so yeah i think he Did take the koreans opinions about the FL in SITR seriously …

Imagine my huge shock (in a good way ofc) like most(?) of you when I saw that Krist and Singto will have a new drama together!! I just saw This news on Reddit 20 min ago and went straight to see the trailer and I’m not the slightest dissapointed! I never would have imagine in million years that Krist and Singto would ever again be in another drama together , also didnt Singto stop being in GMMTV shows or?? I thought Krist and Singto were No longer friends and even lost contact ! But guess not or ??

Anyways super excited! Im surprised this isn’t talked much about Boyslove Reddit , since well its Krist and Singto!! They were like the OG Kings of thai BL , No?? Sotus was extremly popular and People went crazy over KristSingto ship! I did love 1 season of Sotus not as much anymore but still a good BL , however i did not (like many others) like s2.

The trailer pleasantly surprised me.. especially the last part omg. Krist seems now way more comfortable doing love scenes with the same gender ! Or maybe he always had Been but they made his character in SOTUS just so damn awkward ? 😅 People were even wondering if Kongpob and Arthit ever slept with each other even just once??

But in this BL for sure they have a sex life haha it Will left No one wondering, as seen in the last part of the trailer! Im glad thai BLs has improved so much when it comes to intimacy / sex .. i mean the first thai BL that actually showed a BL couple comfortable in intimacy / sex was perhaps Together With Me from 2017..? And Sotus is from 2016. It’ll be nice to see how Singto and Krist has improved as actors , they not that Young anymore.. 2016-18 were a pretty long time ago when they were still very Young and inexperienced. I remember desperately Wishing for s3 of sotus because i felt it was not yet fully completed .. but gave up waiting .. But at least they had a special episode in Our Skyy , and i loved it way more than s2 haha even tho it was just 1 ep!

Anyways Im really happy now ^^ also exes meet again , not that common in BLs i think .. like someone mentioned , a lot BL couples end up together yes but realistically they wouldnt last forever cuz of lots issuses they havent dealt with. But here in this trailer its actually even told that they have issuses they havent dealt with. So i look forward to that they will actually deal with them thus can have a everlasting relationship ^^

Omg omg almost 30 min per ep ?! Yes omg yes we need this especially since it has 2 couples! Im gonna watch both episodes today 🥰is it just me or does Nam Shi Ahn look a bit like Lim Ji Sub from the wonderful The Eighth Sense ?? I mean only on his profile pic here on cast & credits. Anyways excited for both couples , for the main couple a bit more.. i know most(?) are more excited for the secondary couple because it seems more angsty but i think the main couple will also has some angst maybe not as much as the secondary couple but still some.. because having a Secret crush on someone and not daring to confess in fear of rejection must be painful..and it mught become too much for Jin Woo to bear and he Will eventually explode and confess or smth like that ..and Ki Sub might get into a shock and reject him .. because maybe he hasnt realized hes in love with him too yet or hes afraid what others will think since they both men or Idk.. just a guess. And that would ofc hurt Jin Woo so much ! Anyways lets see ~

Miho x Dae Woong is without a doubt my favorite couple from all of Hong sisters’ dramas. I just adore this drama it has full of heart and Miho / Dae Woong makes one of the most adorable couples in dramaland. But not only are they cute , they also have a touching strong beautiful romance too, they would do lots of sacrifices for each other , go moon and back for each other…their love is so pure 🥺🥺 and with that i don’t mean in the innocent kind of way y’know chaste kisses , not much skinship etc (their relationship btw is innocent / chaste , but this is not what i mean by when I say pure) , by pure i mean that their love is so selfless and like i Said they would sacrifice a lot for each other.. true love. I love how Dae Woong develops from a immature, selfish brat to someone reliable, selfless sweetie when he falls truly deeply in love for the first time! I understand that this drama is not for everyone its outdated the quality is not the best etc it shows this was made in 2010 and i know many were annoyed by Miho and/or Dae Woong cuz well Miho was very childish innocent naive acting like a baby sometimes (but it kind of made Sense to me?) and Dae Woong being quite the prick at first , but I wasn’t bothered at all by this. Damn Lee Seung Gi had such a innocent baby face in his early 20s🥺🥺

I think this is the upcoming drama I look most forward to tbh. The beautiful teaser screams CHEMISTRY!! I have Been excited for this drama for like over 1 year(?) even before it was not confirmed it Will be made into a drama. The reason Why I’m so excited for this is because I love sweet kind gentle MLs that are not arrogant, and this seems to have a healthy relationship because they get along with each other already from day 1 (not that common in dramas) their relationship seems to be built on love, trust, respect and it seems to be so supportive. And I love the title ”The Best Thing ” Ofc not as much as the previous one ”falling in love with you is the best thing i have ever Done” but its understandable they changed title cuz the previous one is too long. I love the title(s) because it really shows how much they came To truly love each other , becoming each other’s world / the most important person to each other. .and i really love that <3

I dropped this after 4 episodes, Idk if it gets any better .. i couldnt get into either the 2 couples .. the fact that Ze Rui was 25 and Zong Yi 17 didnt bother much so thats not Why i couldnt get into them . . The relationship felt too rushed , not well developed. Gosh the book trailer of the 2 other actors playing them (before it was confirmed this is would be a series ) was much better and more intense. I felt so much more in just that few minutes clip than 4 episodes of this series!

As for the secondary couple , i know most loved them ..even more than first couple but something did not sit right with me while watching the secondary couple

Since i couldn’t care any less about either of couples after 4 episodes , i had to drop this BL, such a dissapointment this BL is in my opinion

Well both couples are very interesting and different dynamics. I love hate/love relationships that are fire , like secondary couple .. but i also love soft / sweet relationships that are calm (like Nauriya’s comment) like the main couple. I think i have come to the conclusion I will love the main couple more, i think i will have such a soft spot for those two softies 🥺 and i mentioned here before that i love cohabitation/friends-to-lovers stories the most. <3 i do love Enemies-to-Lovers stories too but not as much (even if they are usually more spicy 🥵 ) , that kind of relationship is usually quite unhealthy ..hate/love , and i feel there are waaaay more of that than friends-to-Lovers , so friends-to-Lovers is a welcoming change. Anyways i think there Will be more to the main couple than just cute/soft… i think there will be some heartache too from one of the ML’s side, him who has a Secret crush on the other one.. i think he will feel a lot of pain because of this.

I give this 6/10. Ahn Pan Seok’s perhaps weakest drama. The first half gem the second half very bad and frustrating! The FL is one of the weakest in kdramaland, No backbone at all ..does she even truly love the ML?? The ML was gold tho, he truly loved her. The chemistry was amazing and natural , i loved there was lots of natural intimacy between those 2, like every episode which is uncomon in kdramas! But the second half was a disaster… ”stand by your man ” song should never have Been used in this story 😂 she did NOT stand by her man! If the second half would Been as good as the first half i would given this 10/10 without thinking .. but second half was ruined. I don’t recommend this drama. If you want a better love story with a actually STRONG FL watch Ahn Pan Seok’s other drama (less popular but much better ) ”One Spring Night” same ML and same screenwriter too .. oh also same actress who also plays the mom of FL who also played FL’s mom in SITR (but in OSN she is actually sane.. the FL’s dad however omg but at least the FL in OSN stands up to him and fights for the ML)

Another drama of Ahn Pan Seok drama I recommend .. especially if you like noona romances , i mean SITR is a noona romance but if you just like me hated second half and want a better noona romance then I recommend ”Secret Love Affair” , the best noona romance for me so far .. who knows, maybe Ahn Pan Seok’s upcoming noona romance ”The Midnight Romance in Hagwon” will take its spot (Im super excited for this one!!) anyways the age gap in Secret Love Affair is MUUUCH bigger than in SITR and it clearly shows but still the chemistry is just as amazing .. its sensual, sexy, hot .. omg !

Ahn Pan Seok is a amazing director, i love how he tackles serious topics in korean society .. he really wants to show how problematic korean society can be and he is not even afraid to tackle taboo topics. Also i love just the way he films / Directs, its so classy and the cinematography is so amazing ! One of the best Kdrama directors~

The only kdrama from 2007 and earlier I actually whole heartedly love. It’s not a perfect drama for me (I give it 9 out of 10) but the chemistry between the main couple is one of the best! And I love it deals with “taboo” stuff such as homosexuality etc , in conservative Korea which was probably even more conservative 2007. Gong Yoo while not some typical pretty flower boy he’s one of the best and I’m glad he became even more famous after Goblin , he deserves it. His chemistry with the FL here in coffee prince is the best tho! They had a passionate romance. I’m sad about Yoon eun hye I hope she can make a great comeback someday,, she deserves a second chance. One of the only few actresses in dramaland that was believable as a “guy”. I get many were so annoyed of her character but I was not that annoyed , just a little. The one who actually annoyed me was the selfish second female lead and I wish she and second male lead never got back together

The confession from ML to FL is still one of the most memorable in dramaland and I loved how their relationship was at first strong ‘bromance’ and developed from there to something romantic, the ML actually fell in love with he FL while still thinking she’s a guy and ofc he was conflicted and scared but still decided eventually to confess and kiss her while thinking she’s a guy, so romantic. Gong yoo was so brave for taking this role! One of the best OTPs in dramaland, this drama felt so raw and realistic despite FL pretending to be a guy. The only OTP from 2007 and earlier in kdrama I actually love. The other kdrama couples from that period was TOO problematic for me

Wow i remember when this series was ongoing everyone seemed To love this / was obsessed about this one! But now the rating here is only 7,6 omg !! The same as s2 (that almost No one seemed to like even when it was currently airing). Can anyone explain to me this Im confused 😅 because of Mew’s behavior or what ? Now i see mostly People commenting how bad / problematic this is! Majority commented how great it is , that the chemistry between Mew and Gulf is one of the best , that the kisses / intimacy / s*x scenes were all so natural etc when this was airing but , now all i see is People just commenting how bad this is.. Why ?
