I've got a question: I've noticed that just about all the homes in this series (and pretty much every Thai BL series) look very upscale and gorgeous. Is this typical in Thailand (or maybe Bangkok, specifically)?

Oh, how frustrating to have done all that work and then have to start over! The subber deserves a lot of credit.

I like this series, a lot. It's probably my favorite, currently. The acting is on a much higher level than what we see in most BL productions. The story is compelling and dramatic... I can't wait to find out what happens next.

Do you know whether or not this story is based on a novel, like many BLs are?

The writers are not saying that cheating is okay. Quite the opposite, in fact. They have shown Knock's pain, after finding out. Remember what he said to Korn... "How would you feel if I went out and had sex with someone?" Cho is devastated. Fai has been arguing with her best friends on how this cheating is wrong. I think that's really the message the writers are trying to get across.

I agree with you... except, what did Tanai do to make you not want him together with Guide? Did I miss something? (It's possible lol.)

So here's my prediction: Korn will end up with Farm. Knock will end up with Art. Cho will end up with Bright. Yiwha will end up with Jay. Pete will end up with Rit. Fai will marry a handsome billionaire and move into a mansion in Monaco. Korn's dad and Knock's dad will realize that they themselves are actually gay, divorce their wives, and get engaged to each other. Their wives will become nuns in a convent.

And they will all live happily ever after. The End.

I had to laugh when Boyo kept saying over and over, "He took a photo of my boobs!" I was like... "Umm... you don't have any boobs." :) (Sorry.)

To answer your question: there are exceptions but--yes--most men can "perform" when drunk. For some, it lowers their inhibitions and makes them even more aroused.

I was upset by the TinCan ending, but not because I cared about some happily ever after ending for them. For me, Tin was the most interesting character in LBC: handsome but unlikeable, homophobic, manipulative, judgmental and brooding. I thought Tin's backstory (with the brother), while heartbreaking, was the most fascinating story in LBC, made us sympathize with him and understand why he was so emotionally withdrawn.

It was odd to me that Tin would be attracted to immature Can, but, as they played cat and mouse with one another, Tin began to change (more than any character in the series). There was such a buildup, through the last episode, with Can surrendering to Tin (and possibly the longest makeout scene in the series)... and then he says "let's just be friends."

Okay, I could accept that, even if it was kind of a weird ending. But...

Then we see this extended scene with a fully clothed Tin sobbing in the shower. So what does that mean?? That Tin ended up even WORSE than he was before? Did he venture into a life of crime? Drugs? Was he suicidal? We have no idea.

That was my biggest problem with the TinCan ending. It was just bad writing. (I know things work out in the novel, or so I'm told. But we weren't reading a novel, nor should we have to. This was a series that failed in the end.)

I have a feeling the Korn cheating is going to be resolved (like maybe Pete admitting he drugged Korn), but who knows. The relationship that bothers me more is Yiwha/Cho/Art. Yiwha was not under the influence of anything when she slept with Art. She made a conscious decision to have sex with Art, and now she's admitting that she has feelings for him. I'll be disappointed if Yiwha and Cho end up together.

Well, some harm was done for sure, based on Yim's call to Runway, sobbing "help me!" I do think they make a cute couple, just sorry they had to start their relationship with a rape.

I think it's interesting that many MIR fans insist that Fuse was raped because, even though he asked for and agreed to have sex with Tee, he was drunk and "not in control" of his actions.

On the other hand, in this latest situation between Korn and Pete, many fans say that, even though Korn was drunk, he knew what he was doing and should never be forgiven for his mistake.

Thanks for your response! If you have a chance to watch this, here is the scene in Make it Right that I mentioned (it's about 7 minutes). So, is it rape? Or consensual sex? Did Fuse know what he was doing? (Fans have been fighting over this for two years!)
