I really love the color and lighting in this show. That can't be overstated. At this point, each of the couples are like seasons to me. Saen/Aii are spring. Warm, cute, cheerful Dome/Vee are summer. HOT, sweaty, passionate (seriously, that locker room's gonna turn into a sauna if they get left in there alone again) Fah/Torn are autumn. Cool, calm, slow
This series was good up until the office fight. Nothing hit right after that for me. I still don't fully understand why the nature of Neung and Maze's relationship was kept from Phap and Tharn for as long as it was especially when Maze knew how hard it was for Phap if not from his obvious jealousy, then from the fact that Neung directly told Maze that it's bugging him and Maze just more or less says, "Oh well". I really don't get that whole thing. Is there some detail I missed that would explain this?
Also, just to lightly vent: it's 2022, I wanna see more BL couples actually in relationships for at least 50% of the series. Even if it is an enemies-to-lovers story, can't we be settled in before the last episode? ((that's totally just my personal opinion)) Anyway, in this regard, I feel especially let down by Neung and Tharn's storyline...which is a little sad because I was looking forward to them at the beginning.
Essentially, I liked this, but my issues with it make it a less exciting than I was expecting it to be. Maybe we get another BL for Singto and Tae? They deserve something different from this.
Unfortunately I think you're right. They might be headed to a third season and make us wait. By then maybe Kaitoon…
I'd stick around for it too. I actually like King and Peat's dynamic and storyline. It's not often that mental health issues are dealt with in BL (at least not as mental health issues).
Random thoughts about ep. 9 I'm having I'm having a great time. This is my favorite Thai BL out right now. As far as the big mystery goes, I think we all knew Todd was suspicious from the beginning, but tbh Dan and even Gumpa are a little sus to me too. Even though Dan may end up being somewhat of a traitor, I'm still loving him with Yok and SeanWhite are SENDING me with all their kisses and pillow talk. When Namo confronted Sean about him and White, I had flashbacks to Theory of Love and thought she was about to go ape sh** in Paan or whatever her name was, but thankfully that did not happen. lol
Glad we're coming up on the finish line of this series. I'm gonna mark it complete and never look back. haha I'm…
Beach filler in the penultimate episode has become somewhat of a trope of Thai BLs and I don't know why. Just to name a few: Why R U?, Lovely Writer, Bad Buddy all end up at the beach within the last 2 two episodes.
I love Valen and Kaitoon, but I **need** to know who's texting Peat and why. Now that the MC has sealed the deal, this is the only thing I can care about and I feel like I'm not gonna be satisfied with whatever they try to pull in the last episode.
I thought I'd have a hard time moving on from BBS but tbh, I think I'm doing really good so far. Maybe that's…
Force and Book have been friends for about 15 years now, so explains the chemistry. Also, Force has said in interviews that he's very similar to Akk, so that could be why he's delivering the character so well.
Seems I am not the only one that the more I watch, the more Akk and Theo look alike. Very alike. As for the guy…
I get not being able to at the beginning, but aside from hairstyle, skin complexion and a faintly similar face shape, they really don't look alike. lol And LOL @ the house thing. Same thing happened to me.
Wait does episode 1 have a poster of '3 idiots' at 54:25 .... like what ?!!so random but i love it
I've seen it in other dramas before. Thai and Taiwanese. Many Indian people might be surprised to know just how enormously popular that movie is internationally.
