well he didn't kill CG's mother but everyone else was a result of his fight for power with his brother the crowned prince. still, this doesn't necessarily make him the typical villain. it was just how things were back then (or at least how it seems to be shown in most dramas) of the fight for the throne/power. it was a necessary evil.

i liked this from the very 1st ep but i remember seeing a few people who said once they made it past ep 5, they were sold on it.
