Makes you wonder why KBLs seems to have lower ratings than they should. Not one show broke 8.2 yet.
Yeah. When comparing to fellow KBLs, 8.1 out of the max 8.2 is really excellent. Thus i always tell people dont take the rating at face value, we have to compare within the kbls only as the score if just lower than usual.

in the webtoon, he is actually seungjun's fwb. chapter 1 start with them literally on bed naked. the drama change it to them just simply sleeping together with clothes on.
in the behind the scenes, it is mentioned hoyeon do have feelings for seungjun, but he know that seungjun do not have feelings for him. he still want seungjun to be happy thus he encourage seungjun to find jae hyung.
It is "old" hence the short run time, some things are rushed and some scenes looked aged but every thing else is solid. Modern KBLs should learn from this show. It is amzing how we have a solid kiss and even an amazing NC scene that is almost porn in 2017, but modern KBLs give you deadfish kiss and camera trick when they started in 2020.

Sad that you have to see such stuff but it is not good to generalise too (you koreaboos). Many people here watch BLs from thai, korea, japan, taiwan and are generally friendly.
