And I am sure there are a lot more like the two of us

writing the memory loss trope for the entire season instead of just a couple episodes was a BIG mistake and it…
I agree. While that trope brings the fact that you love this person so much that you would fall all over again, there were too many elements that could have filled those gaps including fights, villains, secrets... it was unnecessary to waste so much time on that..

Dropped because of the drastic character change of female lead. When she was Mudok, she never confessed to him…
And maybe that's why I prefer the romance on season 2 so much more..!

Maybe the first time ever that I'm very glad a drama is ending. 😮‍💨
Do you think the Webtoon would be better or worse? If better, and maybe more balanced with more happy moments and victories for the good guys, I may take a chance and read that... What do you think?

Title A Good Day to Be a Dog Spoiler
I dislike some tropes and annoying elements like love triangles, but this one has two other things that I hate…
I do hate love triangles, but it is an element that if used well can provide satisfaction when the guy/girl never succeeds and never causes a dent in the main leads relationship, on the contrary, it pushes them together. There is also the pleasure of having the "intruder" how I like to call him/her, rejected or failing every attempt.

However, I hate love triangles that add nothing to the plot or character development, and something I hate more is amnesia tropes, and to make it worse, those where the love triangle person takes the space of significant other with misunderstandings (or in this case, "magic" I guess).

But there is something I hate even more, and it is unbalanced stories. Like this one, a story where main leads where going around in circles without any character development or plot development, to get together with the shadow of angst behind them only to have them separated until the very last episode. Some people like drama and angst, and I respect that, but personally, I want to be rewarded for my time; if I put the time and effort for hours into two people falling in love, I want to see them happy for longer than five minutes, and preferably defeating obstacles and enemies together instead of living defeated and in the ground.

But that's me, maybe other people like this things. Angst, drama, love triangles, amnesia, impersonating, misunderstandings, unfair treatment, overpowered villains, plot armor and dragging, dragging, dragging... oh, and historical drama (which can be very copy and paste, most of the time in my opinion, lol)

Anyway, thank you for reading me venting about what I think a lot of potential has been wasted here. If you agree with me, better luck next time.

Finally caught up. TBH I only started this series because there was mention of tongue 🥴 It doesn't have much…
You are not wrong about that...

I hope to find someone that creates a recap of episodes 10 to 13, or I'll just have to fast forward and skip through…
While that is true, I have been disappointed often with the latest shows with only some exceptions

airing schedule + the horrible historical bs going on with Lee Bo Gyum's bird brain.. made the rating drop for…
A show like "Alchemy Of Souls" with this same exact schedule would still have success because of the cliff hangers alone. I have my complaints about that one, and quite annoying at that, but still, I think works to make my point.

This is only a 16-episode drama not 50 episodes. Writer should not write in the character Sang Do at all. It is…
Considering how important the screentime distribution is in a K-Drama, you may think that they would be smarter and develop more the main plot with more events, character development and even side stories (like the sisters), but it seems that some people like to torture themselves which is why we still get stupid love triangles sucking so much time out of only 16 hours...

I also find so much unnecessary hate towards Yongpil dad. The so called understanding audience in this comment…
I can't argue with that... the only thing she has on her favor is that she is the main female lead, which is the only reason why she has two virgin guys saving themselves exclusively for her to love her forever and ever ...

This is classic. This is to blame their break up on somebody different than themselves. However, it is still true that they broke up because of him, which "in a romance story" makes him (automatically) one of the "villains", at least on the romance side. The writers are to blame, and it is sad, but he is definitely unfair and extremely rude towards a whole family when they are not guilty of anything.

ML waiting like a simp and wimp for a woman who did not give a shit about him and dated other guys - the ML is…
I was numb by the writers going in circles so much for more than 10 episodes now that I lost some of my common sense, because this is all true! I still believe the dad should heal and forgive, or forgive and heal. However, I have to agree about how they make the FL suffering like is the greatest and worst disaster ever when it does not even compare not only to ML, his father or her mother; it doesn't even compare with her own sisters suffering. This is not to say that what she is going through is an easy thing, but is most definitely not even close to anyone else's suffering but for her assistant and cheating boyfriend...

Im disappointed to say at least...*sigh* this couldve been good, if it weren't for the wierd historical whatsover…
I hope to find someone that creates a recap of episodes 10 to 13, or I'll just have to fast forward and skip through those episodes and start watching on episode 14 which seems to be the episode where things fall into place again.

Eunwoo has been killing it in the last few episodes with Seowon's pain, just thought I would say that!!!!! Anyway,…
I had this show on hold since episode 9 because of the mess they have now, but it seems it will be safe to watch again after next episode is out...

I think people wouldn't care as much about the airing schedule if their wait time was rewarded with a good plot and storytelling, instead of an overpowered villain with one of the worst plans ever! Think about it, let's say he succeeds, what does he really get out of it... just saying.

This feels like a chore so glad it’s finally ending
I know right... they made us wait to episode 9 for something to actually happen between the leads instead of just teasing, which was for nothing because ML couldn't care less that she could turn into a dog, just to (in less than two episodes) break them apart and have FL lose her memory over one of the more nonsense villain that has existed in Dramaland in the last year... The wait and the time spent in a drama should bring a reward, not a smack to the face reminding you what a waste of time it has been... lol
