The plot of this drama was extremely similar to Love on the Edge of Divorce/Qian Qi Gong Lve: Fu Xian Sheng Pian Yao Chong Wo (close enough that Er Qiao should have been paid royalties). After a drugged ONS the leads marry. The FL immediately leaves the country to continue her education. After 2 years, she returns and meets the ML who falls in love with her not recognizing her as the wife he is trying to divorce in order to marry the FL. Overall, a fairly lighthearted drama. As always, Wang Ge Ge was great.
A completely dysfunctional relationship. ML is obsessive and FL keeps breaking up and taking him back... The drama didn't explain why suddenly ML was OK with getting married, would have been more realistic if we had seen him getting professional help - but I guess the voice over at the end implied he was getting help for his mental health issues.

Good suggestion! Its a great place to start! The 3 dramas under the recommendations section are all different versions of this drama. Unfortunately, not all the different versions are listed as there are at least 10 - 15 different ones and I don't think all of them are even included in MDL.
One of about 15 different vertical drama versions of the web novel "Qian Qi Gong Lve: Fu Xian Sheng Pian Yao Chong Wo" by Er Qiao (Ex-Wife Strategy/Penny/Love on the Edge of Divorce). This version is one of the best versions of this novel.

No problem - if you ever want to find a web novel in the future just copy the Chinese name/author of the novel as they appears above (i.e., 笼中雀:惹上偏执兄长逃不掉 鸾镜) into your browser, you may have to use google translate on results to determine which are links to the novel versus the drama or reviews of the novel.

This list is fabulous! Thanks for pulling this together. I've watched several dramas that have multiple versions but rarely find a list that has compiled them all.
I have been highly curious as to why so many different vertical drama versions of the same novel are made seemingly around the same time. Have you run across anything that explains why so many vertical dramas are made from the same novel? (Not that I haven't completely enjoyed watching the various versions of a novel - think I watched over 10 different versions of both Prince of Beijing and Prince Too Wild...)
