Yes agree, this FL is not The Double FL Jiang Li, she clearly liked and showed Duke Su from the beginning she was into him. The FL here is floundering backwards and forwards in a way emasculaing the ML. Linghe plays strong ML roles well .

Yes, agree, I have enjoyed maybe 5 episodes in total and LYX acting, that’s it, I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt to no avail 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have been very happy with this version of LOH and if it wasn’t for everyone commenting that it is a summarised version I would not have known. The story of GuoJin, Yang Kang , Huang Rong, Mu Nianci and everyone else involved for me was depicted, acted and explained easily. I thought the cast did an excellent job and I have watched some of 2008 and 2017 versions and they did not hold my interest as much as this cast. The production quality was also excellent.
What bemused me throughout the whole story, and that is the writer not the drama , is how do so many seemingly intelligent martial artists believe everything they are told? So many tragedies would have been avoided 🤷🏻‍♀️ But lets not let the facts get in the way of a good story.

It happened on the last one I watched, it was nearly finished and 2 episodes before it ended the long lost believed dead father turned up and created havoc 😱🤷🏻‍♀️ expecting the worst here.

Thoroughly enjoyed last 2 episodes, especially the end ep 22, hilarious 😹 and now the poor mother is going to think her son has other ideas about marriage 🙀😹
Suoluo what an absolutely dumb , spiteful, vengeful character she is, her actions do not even make sense, she is off the rails, hoping she grows up soon and stops throwing tanties like a 5 year old.
I actually get the mother, she wants whats best for her kids and Xinbai and SuoLuo are both giving her a merry dance. Cant wait to see how Xinbai resolves end of ep 22 scenario.

I did watch Heavenly Sword and Dragon Slaying Sabre, that was quite a good story, will it be represented here?
This version as you all say is not too bad for a first time watcher like me and I am watching 2017 for comparison, could not handle 2008 version, although I love HuGe as an actor his GuoJing was so cringe, imo.
