Just watched the finale and agree with you, I did not enjoy the father is dying so let’s concentrate on that scenario to spoil all the fun we were having. I feel the last episode was rushed but at least a happy resolution to all the time we invested in these characters. I could not watch all of TRHC, the characters and the drama somehow didn’t seem realistic to me in any way especially FL pregnancy and how she became pregnant and all that followed afterwards. LYOL was a more acceptable character growth for most of them.

I agree Peter Ho is not handsome and especially in this get up, I meant with the unruly hair and exposed chest.

He actually reminded me of the mad king in Creation Of The Gods.

Allen Ren has a really beautiful aesthetic look in this drama , I cant stop looking at him as the prince , Xing Fei’s eyes and smile are beautiful too, who cares about the cgi and how perfect or imperfect it is, some of these immortal realms and powers are a little hard to do in any if these dramas 🙌🤩

Ning nong was very annoying so I am choosing to ignore her scenes, the last 2 episodes made me forget all about her.

Why only 8, the last 2 episodes were excellent quality and aesthetic, I am thinking of going from 8.5 to 9 , just loved it.
