Absolutely 💯 we watch for the men. I dont mind a good strong FL and there have been some great ones but the ML and his entourage comes first and foremost. The Ning thing I am still scratching my head to work out which audience they are aiming for.

First 2 episodes and I am really impressed, add some dark humour into the mix, Kim Soo Hyuns acting and presto, I just wanted the story to continue and was disappointed it ended for the week.

My sentiments exactly, I love the cast, except MaRong, love the action scenes, production quality again excellent, just doesn’t hit the mark. I have not completed the drama yet because I became bored with being able to guess the villain in each case watched so far. Its not my usual genre however based on your review and recommendations I started STOTTD . Thank you for always giving us a fair and honest review.

Yes, I unfortunately agree with you, I am so disappointed in the writers for ep 48. We could have had the long lost father wrapped up before this and we can easily ff his scenes, however HS not talking to TH, does she even want him as her husband? Totally regressed.

Unfortunately and disappointingly one of those poor kids is going to feel guilty and go under the knife. I cannot believe the writers did that at this late stage.

Great idea 👍 knock her out and send her back, he will be the one who uncle will punish now, he doesn’t need much of a reason and now he has one. Some think we are hating on Ning, yes she is a young spoiled princess but thats not the story we were initially sold. I will just go on ignoring 🤷🏻‍♀️

I did think that when I wrote my comment, what realism, it is a supposed fantasy story, nothing fantastical about Ning though 😂
Still I do love the rest of the story and characters.

I found it very unrealistic that Ning was able to roam the countryside and all that happened to her really was they killed her horse for food. Oh Ning, Oh Ning, as your uncle said grow up.

Oh, I thought the same, and he is so good to her, washing her legs , talk about humouring her antics😳

Took the words right out of my mouth, her ladyship Ning is behaving like a 5 year old etc etc, no relief in sight I am afraid. Just 1 character can seriously downgrade a promising drama like this.
