Well one of the lookalikes now has met his demise by that snake. I must admit I was sad to see him go so quickly though 😢 even though he did get coerced into doing bad deeds like face swap.

I agree with you and especially after ep6 it became so much better. I think the editing in early episodes was like “ we got to cut some eps so let’s just go from beginning “ 😅 ZYR in new look was also 🙌🤩😎 he is so Mr badguy cool in this drama and already in love with FL and quite jealous 🥰

True about some bad edits so hopefully the cutting down of episodes is mainly in this first part. Fortunately for me I only read the subtitles so can’t tell about voice syncing etc. I have been able to follow the gist of the drama so far and the story is quite intriguing. Thanks for the information about WeTv subs also 👍

ML definitely a beautiful fun soul, no spoilers about FL you should just watch so far as at ep 7 you will be pleasantly surprised and just ignore some of the usual 50 ep weekend drama tropes of the older generation antics 👍❤️

Sadly you are not alone in your estimation of this drama. With such an excellent cast I expected more 😳😭

WXY as Duke Su is the same ML in The Double and he was excellent in that,so we can only guess what the director and writers were trying to do with this actors character here 🤔 but totally agree. The whole drama including the cases is all very one dimensional. I dropped it after giving it a fair chance I thought.

I second Love Like The Galaxy as the best most lovable emperor ever and the drama is excellent also 🥰❤️

I think you could be right 👍 especially about FL uncle and ML’s aunt. They are also not showing us the face of the aunt’s spouse during the fringe incident 🤔 Well that would definitely be a huge blast 💥 😅 for all concerned.

You are 💯 spot on in how I am relating to this drama also. Im not a Strange Tales fan but have seen enough to realise they are trying to emulate that here and its somehow missing the mark.
