Zhou Shen will always be the king of OST for me. Most costume drama I've watched so far has at least one song…

I've listened to 80% of Zhou Shen's OSTs. His voice is just so beautiful. He's the reason I watched "The Song of Glory". "Shadow (影)" is my most listened to OST of any drama, but A Kiss Without Distraction (以无旁骛之吻)" from "Novoland: Pearl Eclipse" is quickly rising to take its place.
I haven't watched "Go Ahead", but I'll definitely check out the OST.
I think rating dramas based on their OST is important. Look at the categories I used (≧▽≦) OSTs can influence me to start a drama or finish a drama I almost dropped.
I loved the OST for Doom at your Service and still listen to it to this day. I think each song played at the exact…

DAYS had a very good OST.
I'm still on episode 1 of "The Sleuth of Ming Dynasty", so I can't say anything about the OST. And I haven't watched Luoyang, but I do want to listen to it's OSTs.

I loved watching "The Guest", but I didn't spend much time listening to anything except the dialogue. I was too engrossed in the story.
"Goblin" was a brilliant drama with a BEAUTIFUL OST. Like "Ashes of Love", if I'd added it to the article it would have been WAAYYYY too long.
I haven't watched any of the other dramas, but I did listen to one song from the "Hotel Del Luna" OST. "Can You See My Heart" by Heize. Don't want to watch the drama, but love this song.
You may categorise your OSTs and their dramas in whichever way you like. I did (≧▽≦)
TMOPB was my first costume drama too. So, it'll always hold an important place in my heart.
I think I'll check out "Chugakusei Nikki". I've been trying to find a Japanese drama to watch for a while. Have you watched "Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made mo"? Another good drama with an AWESOME OST. Official HIGE DANdism sing the theme song "I Love...".
"Some Day or One Day" has been on my list for a while. Guess it's time to check it out.

I have watched AoL and I love the OST. I listened to it for months after completing the drama, but if I added it to this article then it would have gone on forever (≧▽≦)
I haven't watched Meteor Garden (and I don't think I ever will), but I'll definitely check out the OST.

I'm glad that you can relate to it

1. Zhang Bi Chen is one of my all time favourite OST artists. Watch LoFY. You won't be disappointed with the drama, the acting OR the OSTs.
2. AoL is in my top 5 of amazing OSTs.
3. Although I haven't watched "Bloody Romance" (and I probably won't), I'll listen to the OSTs.
4. That's the only OST from "Rooftop Prince" that I listen to. It's just so beautiful.
I almost dropped DAYS as well. But Ailee, TXT and Davichi kept me going.

TMoPB, LaR and AoL are my ultimate OSTs in Chinese drama.
I haven't listened to any Taiwanese OSTs yet.
Yoon Mi-rae and Davichi also have beautiful OSTs in Korean Dramas
It is true that well written script is needed, coupled with the OSTs can make them memorable and enjoyable.
I enjoyed "You Make Me Dance" as well. That OST was so soothing.
I'm glad to know that people feel the same about TMOPB as I do

I'm glad you like my article.
For the longest time I couldn't listen to the "Eternal Love" OSTs without feeling so sad. Music really does have amazing power.
I liked "Are You Human Too" as well. I don't remember the OSTs, but I'll listen to them again.
"Love and Redemption" had the best OST of 2020 (imo).
I love that OST too.

Goblin was the first drama's instrumental OST that I listened weeks after the drama had ended

Instrumentals really are amazing. I recently fell in love with all of the instrumentals from "Novoland: Pearl Eclipse".
