what if her idol is zhao liying and she is not comparing LOL Zhao liying is Zhao Liying Zhou ye is Zhou ye is…
If you are indeed Zhao Liying's true supporter, quit bringing other actresses down, thinking it would make Zhao Liying even more superior or respectable. Cause you're harming her career instead by turning more people into her haters.
She never badmouths her fellow female co-stars, and neither should you. That's how you make general audience respect her skill & crafts.
Grow up & learn how to respect other people first before calling yourself a fan of her, a mature one at that.
Film #魔方小姐, with Wen Muye as executive producer and Bai Xue as director, announces leads in Michelle Yeoh & Liu Haoran as movie recently wrapped filming.
If you like this movie, I'd highly recommend Saotome Kanako no Baai wa. Ai Hashimoto plays the leading role and…
Thanks for the recs..i'll check it out when i found it kay.
I honestly always struggled with Hashimoto Ai's acting, most of the time, it appeared rather one-dimentional, her role in Hold Me Back was slightly better acted than the one she had in Makanai (Netflix, Dir. Hirokazu Koreeda).. But im willing to give it a try one more time, cuz sometimes the directing could also restrain actors from bringing the best out of them..
Kind of underwhelmed by Da Peng - he looks (and sounds) like he is seriously over-acting. But probably the storytelling…
Thats why i avoid most trailers.. you can never tell how the story would actually unfold in full form.
Glad you did..i noticed you gave pretty critical reviews, objectively & constructively, toward C-dramas & movies, i thought that one didn't fit your palate well..
yes, this is one of my fav movies. discover it while searching for a good movie to watch, and im surprised for…
Hello there.. Goodness, forgive my late response..
Tell me abt it, i was a sobbing mess because of Better Days & A Sun.. and Love Never Ends !? It got me bawling my eyes out over a certain sequence involving a particular voice message..
I don't know if you have finally seen One Second by the time my message reaches you, but if you have, truly hope, & i meant it in a good way, you cried, too.. 🥲

I get what you meant..the way i see it, it probably derives from his deep immersion in his character, be it the comic roles or the serious ones, he could be a little intense in portraying them emotionally, it came across rather over the top..
Since i first knew him from Post Truth (movie), seeing him in Double Tap (series) & Eleventh Chapter (movie) did baffle me a bit, cause his comedic role before left me truly impressed with his delivery & timing, but surprisingly i kinda like it over time..
To me, he's slightly like Robin Williams, most people were used to his hillarious side, until he started doing projects with much darker tone to it. Initially it felt bit obvious that he was doing more serious roles, but since he had always done each of them with acting approach that allow me to see the rawness of their characters' innermost struggles, i gradually began to understand why they had to be that 'obvious' or 'intense'. Because only then, perhaps, the audience would feel like their characters are real person, that most of the time they did manage to act mature & but they could also be wildly unhinged at other times.
But i do agree 100 percent abt the script, hope it's rather solid this time. Never saw the drama version but many seem to have expressed how it didn't live up to their expectations.
"he discovered what being a character actor is all about" and didn't hesitate to say giving one's all, like so…
You criticized the length of the article, you quoted his responsemultiple times, & you said yourself that he mainly relied on his visual.
"Boss never giving constructive criticism in yearly work performance reviews?" I've experienced that, but i took it only because he was my actual boss.
But, You..Who are you to Actor Kim Ji Hoon or The Writer of this article? Their BOSS !?
You didnt commend his growth, you nitpicked nearly every aspect of this article, and him.
Waiting for this one the Trailer looks fun. Feel like Hotaru is back 😁
This.
The Legendary Hotaru..aint no other actresses could pull off that character but Ayase Haruka herself..just like Nodame forever belongs to Ueno Juri alone. 😄

sometimes you need to take a breather from watching anything for a little while, let the good, worth seeing projects 'find' you instead.

But no one seemed to have fully subbed it just yet..
Have you found yourself some well made C-dramas this year that were actually worth your time?

Sorry for my lengthy reply.
Oh btw, i recognized your profile when The Double aired. Been quite a while since those good old days on Td comment section.
