Keep your expectations low, really low. I gave it the benefit of the doubt for being a low budget indie. It is strange and not always cohesive. Iām just glad when people push artistic boundaries.
If it had a bigger budget some of this film's flaws might have been fixed. Thankfully, it was short. I thought about rating it lower, but for a movie made on a shoestring budget it had heart.
Yes I watched it on prime and the subtitles were so confusing.
If it was cheaper, they likely did. I was just grateful there were some sort of subtitles, but would love for it to be properly subtitled. I tried watching an old Japanese film on YouTube that had auto generated subtitles and had to stop, I couldn't make any sense out of what people were saying, and the titles lagged behind the person who was speaking making it even more confusing! I managed to make it through one really old film with auto generated subs but it gave me quite the headache deciphering them as I went along.š„“
