Review The Trunk Spoiler
I love your review. Still trying to calculate my score for it since I liked the FL’s acting more than you, I…
Thank you for your kind words. 💕

The stalker was very creepy. 🫣

I got the FL’s motivations it just seemed like sometimes she was a step ahead of everyone and then other times did things that were inexplicable. SJH’s acting choices also didn’t resonate with me though I know I’m in the minority on that.

Good catch on the Prada! I will fix in my review. Was busy writing notes and mixed it up. Thanks! 🙏🏻

Review The Promise
"It had to be the spell, for while she was beautiful, she wasn’t charismatic."This is so spot on about that…
I just checked her credits. I’ve seen a couple of her movies and according to my notes this is a pattern. 🤔

I rented this on Amazon Prime. It's not available on Tubi in my region.

Ty - I think you are gonna need a few cups of coffee or booze if you attempt this...
I don't drink either, and my tea is probably not strong enough, so I'm out of luck 😄

I guess its nice to know WFH lives to a ripe old age but yeah slapstick is a no for me too!
Lived to a ripe old age and was still able to take down a crazed kung fu tailor. 😄

Where are you able to access the much older dramas and movies you've posted about on Feeds? Being a histoy buff,…
Sorry, I usually post in comments and I forgot. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I watched this on The Criterion Channel (subscription)

I watch older movies wherever I can find them—-YT, Tubi, Prime, and lately Criterion.

Sounds very poignant.
And slightly enigmatic but heartwarming.

Review Comeback Home
Interesting he made something like this.
I guess it was a role to stretch himself and do something without martial arts. He was able to fight an avalanche so there was that. 😁

About the only one I watch anymore is the GBBO. Though it hasn’t been the same since they switched networks and lost Mary Berry.

Sounds interesting. Not a huge fan of cooking shows I don't have the patience for all the elimination rounds.…
There are always a lot of filler in these types of shows. The most thrilling round would be near the end when they had the Hell competition and had to put out a new dish every 30 minutes with someone being eliminated each time until they were down to one chef to go against the finalist already chosen in a previous round. I used to watch more cooking competitions but some of them can be terribly mean spirited. And while the chefs did have one round where no one got any sleep it wasn't the planned psychological and grueling physical warfare like some shows purposely inflict.

I hate such movies
I know what was trying to be accomplished but the glaring dismissal of the wife’s thoughts and feelings and the emotional rejection of the son really bothered me.
