I guessed that he was not Cheng's half-sibling when a lot of people started dreading a possible incest... lol So, I am glad that I was right on this (I didn't know before you tell me, I just tend to be suspicious of flamboyant twists, they are all smoke and mirrors most of the time). I am also glad that I had a correct idea about most of it, it spares me the disappointment of watching the whole series for nothing. As for the reason why he wants to stay in Taiwan, I think it may be known before the end (if the series isn't chopped lol), and there are different reasons that can push Cheng to stay in Taiwan: Lin Xun apart, maybe he wants to stand on his own feet away from his father's influence, maybe he wants to "walk in his mother's wake" and know that part of his familial past, maybe it's for an all different reason... unfortunately, I don't feel like watching to find it out, perhaps the last episode but no more. Lack of suspense kills my motivation :/
I said it two weeks ago in a comment below. So, I will just copy and paste (I wrote this comment when I watched the 2nd episode. I barely watched the third before putting it on-hold): ".........At the end Cheng will be the one to find Lin Xun and bring him home, and when his father will protest against their relationship, Cheng will say that he still didn't want anything belonging to the Yuan family, all he wants is his father's blessings and acceptance for them to be together..."
This is precisely my own thought (even if I will be probably more generous with my rating, I guess). Thank you,…
You're welcome and thank you. I could rate it better but, before giving a rating, I do always compare the show, drama or movie, to the other shows I watched before it, and I consider giving a "bad" show a great rating unfair to the shows that do truly deserve great ratings. But I agree with you, if I listened to my heart, I'd have rated it at least 7/10 :)
This actor is way too talented to be getting so little roles. I discovered him 2 years ago with Method and rare were the actors who gave me a better first impression. So, Korean movies directors, hurry up and give him more roles, main roles would be even better!!!!
I am dropping this. I tried watching it at first, and then put it on-hold for some time, but I don't feel like watching it anymore. I will just watch the last episode, just to see if my intuition is correct. My interest for this show is dead as I had a precise idea about the ending from the second episode!
I hope not. I cant handle another Grey Rainbow!!!! That broke me for weeks!
From what I saw in the trailer I think the ending has more chances to be happy, but that awful feeling doesn't go away. I hope I am wrong. I like tragic endings but only when I am not expecting them and when they fit the storylines! Grey Rainbow's ending was not tragic or sad, it was stupid. Totally out of place, it was as if it was a scene cut from another show and placed there. It disappointed me to no end!
I agree with you on everything you've said. If they created a series for Korn and In's story, even if it'd have…
I agree, that's what I've said in the review I left. If they made the drama in two seasons (if the budget was tight, they could have made two seasons of 8 to 10 episodes each), it would have spared us all the "extra drama" that doesn't have its place in it. I hope they will listen to our plea and do something. Another version was made for 2Moons, so a miracle is possible. Any movie director with a good sense of art and business would think about it seriously... Kao and Earth's chemistry is a milch cow to exploit (fortunately... or unfortunately)!
As a KornIn shipper I am torn...EP17 is the best episode after EP1 PART1 and just ah....my feelings got raped! They…
I agree with you on everything you've said. If they created a series for Korn and In's story, even if it'd have had to end in a tragedy, I would have still been in heaven. Kao and Earth are the only reason I didn't drop this series past the 6th episode! Hopefully someday they will be in another BL drama that will focus on them. Better, that someone will produce Korn and In's story in a separate series where they will both act...
My opinion about this series doesn't change. I just watched the last episode and it doesn't lessen my frustration in any way. I had to skip several scenes and watch some others at higher speed... and the "resurrection" of the side characters on the last episode doesn't improve the quality of the script. I am rather disappointed. I waited for this plot and topic (reincarnation) to be adapted into a BL movie or drama for years, and the result is below average. If my heart still likes this series, my pragmatic brain has a totally different point of view. I've said everything I have to say in a review, above, anyway. Now I can drown my dejection in whisky in the wait of another drama where Kao and Earth will be given the roles they deserves and the scripts that are worthy of their talent. Hopefully they will be a couple again in a future play... *crosses fingers"
I didn't want to watch this series (I considered the plot way too cliché and I still find it cliché), but I promised someone to do it and now I am hooked.
I've already my favorite character in the series! I like Green (Gun) a lot, I hope he won't disappear before the ending, he is the most agreeable nuisance. I'd almost ship him with Tine for real lol And my favorite scenes are Sarawat's around girls. I like it when he is a "saraleo" to them lol
It was cute to see Tine learning how to play the guitar for Sarawat. I tried to learn how to ride a motorbike for a boy too but all I got were bruises. I hope Tine will have more success.. lol
I think it's because Type was jealous enough with San, Tar and Lhong prowling around Tharn in season 1. But I…
Me too. I only watched Pree and Rambo's scenes in season 1 but I couldn't even bear myself to look for them in season 2 ''°(~_~)°'' This is maybe why I like TharnType so much. It made up for all the mess WTD/F left lol

LMAO... I watched 1 or 2 episodes of season 2 just because I missed Mew. Honestly (I said it 2 years ago and I will repeat it now) that show should have been titled WTF instead!
