Yes, agree that she did prepare. And seems to have some insider knowledge (1st son’s mom killing second son’s mom). But alas I doubt she has the full story of exactly what happened with her family.

Amazing how FL is able to manipulate everyone so quickly. Even the worship ceremony. Hmm ok.

Well, like many have written, this has many issues. ML is total red flag until they get their do over where he is almost total green flag. But that does not mean that the couple know how to communicate. FL is the victim of plotting by almost everyone and dumb enough to walk right into endless traps. Nonstop targeting gets old when characters don’t learn to be wary. ML is pretty clueless except for last minute rescues. And yes, the makeup, especially FL, is distracting and aweful. The performances are fine for a mini and the costumes are very elegant.

I can’t get past FL stabbing a horse, to get even with someone, in the first episode!

It gets really frustrating when she uses the 6th prince & treats 4 prince like dirt. Also making really dumb decisions.

Before this I could easily confuse DYX with Neo. Now his face is fuller and with the wig, I agree it’s a very nice visual.

Thankfully ML carried the show for me despite FL. It would have been interesting if the actress who played the part before the face (and well, body) switch was FL. Anyway, it was still entertaining and I looked forward to new episodes.

FL is so smart in the beginning and outwits the schemers. Later she goes by herself into a very obvious trap and once again ML is scrambling to save her. SMH.

as much as I love this show, it has some of the worst horse tripping I’ve seen in cdrama. I don’t know how that chestnut horse (ep 1 at 7:05m) did not break it’s neck. Just horrible.
