This is a wonderful filler between heavy dramas. I adore FL and ML is very easy on the eyes with many shirtless scenes. Main couple has a very playful flirty chemistry. The secondary couple is a bit flat but 2FL is integral to the story. otherwise this would be a great mini if they cut them out.

Someone please explain how she gave birth in the cave alone and what’s the significance of it?
First of all she was full term, having been pregnant before her wedding. So, this was a staged "premature birth" to keep that from being known. Only she could enter the cave being of the bloodline. I am not sure if that was part of the original plan, to go in all alone, but she realized she was out of time.

I’m half way and am really enjoying this. I find the FL rather adorable. She’s prone to misunderstanding but she’s plenty smart and very beautiful. Now that I’ve seen a few of SWL shows, I can see his eyes emoting very well. FL’s dad is one of the best father figures ever.

This was my favorite of the year so far. Prisoner of Beauty is up there too. I don't think either of them are as good as my all time favorites, but pretty close. While I think a few things could have been fleshed out a bit, I am glad it was kept to 40, well paced, episodes. There were some amazing, tense episodes where I was on the edge of my seat. I do not like to pay for Express but had to do it. This was a solid 9.5 for me.

What I was fascinated by in this show was the close quarters choreography. Like a fight with multiple bad guys against ML in a hallway or small room. Insanely good stuff.

I really enjoyed this even with the sad ending. From the start, it seemed the only way it could end so I had no delusions. LJW is just brilliant and the fight choreography was fantastic.
